I hope that you aren't in a hurry because if you are, you have come to the wrong place. This is a place that I dread trying to contact or even visit. No one ever answers the phone. EVER. You always have to call, leave information and HOPE that they call you back. Its a shame that they are the only respiratory supply place in town because they know that they can hold people hostage and get away with this. They bill you whenever they feel like it without reason and good luck trying to find out why! All in all lousy communications and rotten customer service. I'm sure they know this and obviously they don't care! Less than 3rd rate.
Baird Medical Supplies. , Very poor customer service ! I just wanted CPAP supplies first off . I left massages never got a call back or supplies two months ago ! Now My new cpap machine I will never see I guess !
I have had absolutely nothing but issues with this company. I keep getting late bills when my method of payment is the exact same. When I call to confirm the payment, I never get an answer from anybody in the office. They sent me extra equipment by mistake and since my insurance didn’t pay for all of it and it was opened, I was charged a hefty amount for it. For THEIR MISTAKE and now I’ve been on a payment plan. If you guys are going to make those mistakes, at least answer your phones and treat people with respect when doing so. How are you guys going to send me LATE BILLS when my card is literally the EXACT SAME? You can’t tell me that the payment didn’t go through when I’m looking at my account now and I don’t see any attempt to charge the card at all which it typically shows through my online bank and I clearly see there is money in it.
I have had good luck with Baird for CPAP supplies. Melissa in the Respiratory Department has always been kind, informative, helpful, and timely. Their auto ordering setup has worked well for me which is good because likely wouldn’t even take full advantage of my reordered supplies if it weren’t for their efforts. This keeps me in compliance and sleeping well.
CALLED 9 DAYS NEVER GOT A RETURN PHONE CALL!!! THEY ARE ALL ON VACATION!!! SAME HAPPENED 3 YEARS AGO. THEY JUST DON'T CARE AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. NEVER A PERSON THAT ANSWERS PHONE!!!
I had a great experience using this company for a breast pump. They were the only company approved by my insurance who actually answered, gave clear information about upgrade fees, etc and the customer service was amazing! Genesis was super helpful and kind and my pump came the day after I ordered it — would definitely recommend.
11.18.2021 So, thanks for taking months to actually respond, and two months since I posted the recall issue. You have my information on file, both my phone and email. I have not received any email or call regarding this recall. You did however, call me to ask if I needed supplies on my recalled device. Your company is a joke and the just a number theme is still what you are. 9.15.21 So, to add to the robotic service this company has, they never notified me that my CPAP was recalled. No email, no text, no nothing. Found out from a friend who has the same machine. Went to the site he gave me and bingo, my machine has been recalled. Now, you can bet they will be all over you via phone, text and email to order supplies, but to tell you that as a distributor of Philipps products that several of their machines have been recalled, no way. Not a sound. Since my last post, I have ordered all my supplies through Amazon and claimed through my insurer. Much easier to deal with and would highly recommend it, over these clowns. Make sure you call your insurer and let them know that you're ordering your own supplies, as per the manufacturer recommendations, and what the process is to file the claim on your own. I can only hope that they actually go out of business. You are just a number. The only reason they interact with you is for you to buy supplies. Be careful when you do, because your order may be enough to last you 2 years. Several of the staff are just not helpful and in most cases confrontational. I will the pay the extra 6 dollars I have to, to not order filters from them, and just purchase them through the Internet. That is how much I will go out of my way to not interact with them.
I just got off the phone with this rude lady who hates her job!! I called yesterday and no one called me back. I made it clear to her that I was unhappy and she was very dismissive. How dare you give your information to Obstetric Clinics and turn around and act like someone is bothering you. As a business owner, I would fire all the rude staff especially the one I just spoke to. I dealt with her for a breast pump so take note of whoever that person is and save your business by firing her!!!! I will be ordering elsewhere tf
I give this company a 0 star. I needed help with my husbands cpap machine. It was leaking air and the therapist told me since I had an out standing bill he was unable to help me. When I called the secretary from Baird to find out why I had a bill that was out standing. She told me the package was delivered to my house when we never received the package. This was already addressed a year ago and the office told us they were going to take this off. To find out a year later they never did remove this bill. When I said I am going to another company they said go ahead and was unwilling to accommodate me in any way. They were rude and arrogant to me on the phone. Plus they never get back to you when you leave them a a message. This is a racket and a scam outfit. There supplies are extremely high . Higher than most companies. and my husband is a senior. They also don't go through the insurance Co. They expect to be paid out from your pocket. Do not use this company. They are horrible.
Very surprised and sad to see some of the reviews on here. We’ve called Baird twice for hospital bed rental, one time after my back surgery in September 2019 and again today for a surgery my wife will be getting on her foot. The customer service, quickness of getting the bed out, responsiveness and most importantly the people who came out to assemble both times wish I had their names to give them the credit they deserve were all A+++. Unfortunately, I think sometimes people blame equipment companies sometimes for things they should pin on insurance companies but either way, in my experience, Baird has been amazing and thank them for a job well done on both occasions!!
