Instruction in the Japanese / Chinese Martial Art of Kenpo Jiu-Jitsu. Learn in a controlled friendly environment with longevity of training a primary goal. Learn to adapt the art to your personality and physical uniqueness while learning to adjust to the different situations or altercations that might arise.
Instruction in the Philippine Martial Art of Kali is available on Mondays from 6:00pm - 7:30pm based on the Modern Arnis principles. This system will be structured to be a stand alone art with empty hand techniques of trapping and Jiu-Jitsu worked in to round out the self-defense application.
