"We are a family owned & operated local flower shop. Baker Florist has been serving the Tuscarawas county since 1924.Baker Florist is now owned by 4th generations Dalene Baker. Founded by her Great Grandparents, Roy and Hazel Baker, in downtown Dover in 1924. It was moved to its present location at 1616 N Walnut Street two years later.Dalene purchased the business in July 2016 from Rick and Karon Baker, her parents. They purchased the business in 1978 From Rick's parents, Dick and June Baker, who had operated it since 1958."

I live in AZ and ordered online flowers for my little Sister in Ohio.  Our mother just passed and I wanted a beautiful bouquet of white roses with lots of baby breath. I called for a same day delivery, forgetting about the time difference between OH and CA, and they were able to get my order set to be delivered by 5PM EST. Phenomenal customer service, and the prices were great! Cheaper than I expected for same day delivery. Will order from this place again given the chance!

Way to go Baker Florist!!!  I ordered hot pink roses to be delivered to my mom at work. They were the most gorgeous roses, perfectly designed and prompt delivery.  I wouldn't use anyone else. Thank you so much!

I ordered flowers for my sister's birthday. The flowers delivered were beautiful! Thank you so much for always delivering high quality bouquets!

Placed order for bridal nosegay bouquet designed with silk flowers with off white lace & seed pearls placed thru out!  When we picked it up all it was a group of big silk flowers  with a  price tag of $160.00 with tax, it was the tackiest arrangement I have ever seen.  No lace or seed pearls, and the base decorated with purple ribbon.  I was not happy and ask for my money to be returned.  Placed order with Bolivar florist and for $49.00 my daughter has the bouquet she wanted.    Never again, Baker Florist!!

Beautiful flowers and arrangements and very nice people BUT $6.95 local delivery is unreasonable charge unless gas were $30 per gallon... flowers were only being delivered two to three miles away from their shop.   Delivery charge was about 33% of the cost of the small arrangement additional. Have done business with them for years, but unfortunatly and sadly will be switching to a different florist or ProFlowers due to the delivery charge.   Sorry.

A wonderful local treasure where they take the time to listen and create exactly what you're looking for. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and the owner is magnificent.
