My Brother passed suddenly in 2016. My family was not prepared for his passing he was 44. Having said that, my family had to prepare a funeral very quickly for him. You would think that a business that is in business of taking care of people's deceased loved ones would have some type of compassion and respect for the family and their deceased loved one. NOT THIS PLACE. This Mortuary is a rip off and a joke. I absolutely hate that we gave this place any money what so ever. If you have to do business with this mortuary like in our circumstances make sure that you 1. Take someone with you. 2. Write down everything and make sure that you keep copies of all of your receipts. Follow up and get everything in writing that you are told. A few things that happened to my family. We talked to the Funeral Director we told him what day we wanted the Wake. We gave him the Date , Time etc. The day of the Wake we get their and he states that the Wake was not on that day. I had to call the Man he finally opened the doors. A friend of the family and my son had to help him bring my brothers casket out for viewing. That was absolutely ridiculous. One other thing. The day of the funeral. They bring my brothers body to the church. I ask where is the Limousine? One of the funeral guys ask me? "You paid for a Limousine"? I stated yes I paid for a Limousine. They had to go back to the Mortuary to pick up the Limousine. To do this to a family who is in mourning is ridiculous. I couldn't even mourn my brothers passing because of DRAMA dealing with this Ghetto Mortuary. I am saddened that we even had to deal with this place. My brother deserved so much more. He was a good person. However, what goes around comes around. When you treat people wrong and disrespect people and their deceased loved ones. You can't believe that, that energy is not going to come back to you. FOR THOSE WHO ARE LOOKING FOR A PLACE TO TAKE THEIR DECEASED LOVED ONES DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. IF YOU LOVE YOUR FAMILY MEMBER RESPECT THEM AND TAKE THEM SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Thank you to all of the staff at Continental Funeral Home. Roxane was always prompt on answering my questions. The day of my fathers funeral staff was very attentive to our needs. I shopped around for affordable funeral packages and Continental was the best.

Ramon was very patient and professional during the loss of my son Brian Moore. This was a extremely difficult time for myself and my family. From beginning to end the staff was hands on with the making of the arrangements and any paperwork needed for out of state. Baker Prado went above and beyond in my time of bereavement.

Magnificent service, yesterday I attended the service of a relative and I felt very sheltered by this girl María Hernández, her professionalism, her empathy, humanism and all of her makes a moment as difficult as this something more bearable and with another perspective of these situations so difficult!

I greatly appreciate your excellent quality, especially Mauricio and María, who are very kind! they went out of their way to assist me and all of us who assisted, in difficult experiences people as sensitive as they are always needed!
