Care was great. Our GSD got her toe sliced halfway off. They stitched her up, sent her home with meds and instructions. We're very happy with Pricing and care we received. This will be our go to Vet from now on!
I had an appointment with this clinic to put my furbaby down. Unfortunately, things don't always go to plan. Living 80+ miles away we were stuck in a rock and a hard place, not sure what to do. The lady I talked to on the phone directed me to Tamis cremation and we were able to get everything squared away in a horrific time. I will forever appreciate the kindness your receptionist showed me over the phone. Thank you!
Great place for your animals. My dog was hit by a car that took off and they did an emergency visit. He is doing much better and is almost back to his old self again. The team there is friendly and knows how to take care of your fur babies.
Always friendly and have excellent staff to take care of your pets needs. Highly recommend this place to go for excellent service.

I was a customer and had several animals be seen here for the last 15 years. In January of 2021 the time came to put my 13.5 yr old family dog down as she was very sick. Baker Veterinary Hospital would not allow me to be with my dog. I was to leave her all alone, and not be by her side. This not only infuriated me, but also hurt me. I am so beyond thankful and glad I didn't give in and allow that to happen. Just down the street they're is another Animal Veterinary Clinic that graciously allowed my son and I to be with our Sweet Girl as she took her last breaths. I will never return to this Veterinary Hospital. I will never recommend anyone use this Veterinary Hospital. In my time of sorrow and heartache Baker Veterinary Hospital showed no compassion whatsoever. May she Rest in Peace
I will never go here again. My Chihuahua was attacked by another dog after business hours. She was severely injured, with her eye protruding from its socket.I live a half and hour from town and called them on the way in. I called the emergency number and received a call back from the most heartless and unhelpful human possible. She did not ask a single question about the welfare of my beloved pet, instead she was annoyed she had to answer the phone as she had just gotten home. She spent the entire phone call trying to talk me out of seeing a vet by repeatedly telling me how expensive it would be. When she ran out of possible fees to tack on to my potential bill she asked, “ do you still want her to see someone?”. I responded with, “my dogs eyeball is coming out of her head. Of course she needs to see someone”. She sounded even more annoyed and huffed, “I guess I’ll call the vet to see if they want to come in”. I was literally about to lose it over the phone when thankfully Conrad called back from the Animal Clinic. This woman is so awful she should not be answering your phones, ever! Let alone in an emergency when a little bit of empathy and understanding is critical to providing good care. I took my dog to Conrad who never once acted put out or inconvenienced by receiving a call after hours the way this person did. He provided compassionate and attentive care to my dog that was desperately needed. I would also like to add, to the woman who only cares about money, my bill was paid in full before I left his office. I will never trust the Baker Veterinary Hospital with my pets, when they obviously don’t care at all about their welfare. Literally, one of the worst experiences of my entire life!
I’ve had nothing but great experience with the whole staff there.
Excellent veterinarians for small and large animals! Hard working and caring staff. They take their time and explain procedures.
The Dr was great with our dogs surgery on her eyelid. Very nice Dr.
