Gave the Cobbler my authentic Louis Vuitton Speedy asked to have the vachette leather bleached or lightened. Returned it to me darker than I gave it. Terribly disappointed I was hoping they’d be a great bag spa but NOPE. Never again

This place is great. Family owned for generations. I went in to have some shoes stretched and was helped and shoes fixed easily in a few minutes it was an easy fix . When I asked what I owed, No charge. They are friendly and honest. Will definitely return.

Excellent place for anything related too boots. Update 12-3-22. Still the same great place for any kind of men's boots. They can repair your old boots too on sight.

I've been going to cobblers for as long as I can remember. We're looking at about 40 years ears. Love this place. Also would like to say I am a loyal customer!

My poor Louis Vuitton bag is now looking brand spanking new I trashed my LV Alma bag in Nashville, so I sent her to The Cobblers to fix her up. After a video call with them, they told me they'd clean her and get the leather areas perfect again. Three weeks later and I just got her back. She looks so beautiful again!!! I would absolutely use The Cobblers again. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!!!

Dino suffered through my fickle and long winded shoe shopping method like a champion customer service professional. One of the most easy-going and knowledgeable of his kind, he showed me almost two dozen pairs plus back and forths over the course of almost 3 hours without giving off the slightest air of impatience or irritation. Dino and his dad were very knowledgeable on all of the boots and shoes, I love the boots I bought from them and I couldn't be happier! I highly recommend buying or bringing any leather shoes or boots to them, there craftsmanship is the best!

As usual, they can fix a pair of largely destroyed Birkies - replace the cork and the sole, at a good price. Lots of lovely leather goods - shoes, of course Birkies, SAS, Minnetonka, UGG..., tool belts, bags, etc. And leather cleaners and dye and oil and everything you could think of for tending leather. It's a fun place to browse and a great place to buy.

Shoes are the one thing in my wardrobe that I spend money on. So when I need my expensive shoes repaired, it's good to know there is a reliable, experienced place to take them. I find their prices very reasonable, and the staff friendly and open to questions.
