8 people in restaurant. 4 left already, waiting to long for service. Maybe? 5 staff. SLOW SERVICE, corporate changed menu so bad. Berger was the only thing appetizing. That didn’t taste great. Berger king better. Only stayed for pie. . Only got 1/2 pie in. Soup bowl. Dinners and are off my menus here. Take out overpriced pies here ONLY. Corporate don’t care about fast efficient service or taste of foods
Our server was exceptional; she appeared to take of everyone's needs effortlessly. We had a great Sunday lunch and scrumptious pie -LeLe
This is a place that you typically would probably pass up in which I consider visiting Which to my surprise was very impressive 1st of all facility was very clean and I was Approach immediately. The waitress was to the point which is not a bad thing when you're hungry. Took my order received the food within 5 minutes and and the food was very good. Would definitely visit again.if you in the area and Visit definitely asked for Alisa, she's a team player.keep up the good work .
Great and quick service. Good food and portions. The pie, the kids, hubby and I loved them all. Soo delicious.
Pie is delicious. I bought a whole creme pie plus a piece of a fruit pie for my uncle. Even the next day, the crust remained flaky and firm. My only "complaint" is that I need to lose weight and it's easy to go for multiple slices when the whole pie is in you're house. Luckily, I don't buy pie every week . It's absolutely worth it once in a while.
The whole French silk pie was of great quality and tasted fantastic. The fresh peach pie was the best peach pie I've ever tasted. I only wish I lived closer to this Bakers Square to be able to eat their delicious pies more often.Food: 5/5
Our waitress was amazing and attentive to all our needs! Gave us extra napkins with out needing to be asked and was abaolutely wonderful! Recommend some great pie too!
The waitress was SUPERB! I haven't been to a bakers Square ever since they took the one from our neighborhood and that was about a decade ago. Luckily for me their menu was the same so I knew exactly what to eat. I was excited to try their food once more!!! The atmosphere where I was seated was great I could hear my Mexicans fellows enjoying working, perfect seating to listen and be awared of everything. The waitress was very attentive and brought our food in a timely manner!!! My daughter's crepes plate looked and tasted delicious as for my skillet it looked hearty and it tasted delicious as well. When dessert time came we were ready to order pie but than waitress reminded us that it was free pie day. Say,What???!!!! Let's go!!!! Eventhough, we love pie, we ended taking home. We were just stuffed from our delicious meal! Our overall experience was Excellent. If you are looking for delicious hearty food made and served from happy people than this Baker's Square location is it!!! Waitress was beyond expectations and keep up with everything without losing sight of anyone. Her section was full and she still managed to make everyone happy and if someone says, otherwise than it must be a you problem and not the employees they really look like they enjoy their work! Parking: Parking is all around the restaurant
Has been 28 years since I been to a bakers square restaurant. The one near my home at the time closed. Then I moved to Arizona, no bakers Squares in AZ. They have changed quite a bit. They no longer carry the double cream lemon pie, wow it was to die for. I tried the lemon supreme, naah wasn't even close. They only had 1 Cinnamon roll in the store. We always got the Cinnamon roll to take home. Well since they no longer use butter, margarine products only. The icing made with margarine was nasty. So were the pancakes. I scraped the spread off my pancake and took them home to eat with real butter and syrup. I was so excited when I was back in Illinois and saw that they had a bakers square. I was so looking forward to breakfast there the way I remembered, but was a bit disappointed. On the plus side the bacon and hash browns were pretty dang good. Won't be returning.
We like going to the Bakers Square on North Ave. The morning waitress with the braids is another reason we go when we do. She's welcoming, patient, cheerful and professional. She's as much a reason for the five stars as the food. We'll be back!
