Everyone can benefit Soma.
This specialized deep manual therapy aims to collaborate with clients who are dealing with traumatic injuries, restricted movements due to overuse of the body, or poor posture. As a result of the above mentioned the body may develop imbalances, compensations, and immobility making it difficult to move freely within gravity without pain or limitations.
The soul of Soma is an 11 session series. Working with the connective tissue – each Soma session works a different segment of the body. And, each session builds on top of the last session allowing us (you and me!) to work deeper – releasing fascial adhesions, making the body more available to unwind and liberate you from holding patterns that are not serving your being.
Soma helps to regain your structural integrity. Bringing balance, energy, and awareness with not only the Soma work itself, but also using a variety of tools to help bring structural change.

Working with the principles of Soma. Somassage is a stand alone session that works the whole body. This session aims to provide maintenance after the series as well as provide a wonderful treatment session. Somassage is for everyone. Whether you have gone through the series, or you have never received hands on body work. Or, maybe you would just like to gain a sample of what the work can offer you.
