Baldwin Bagel Cafe

We have been getting bagels from this store for years. In the past, the service was good and the bagels delicious. Currently, the bagels have gotten smaller for the same price. We usually get nine bagels, and when we open the bag, some are huge, and some are the size of a mini bagel. It really is a rip off, because you can get a decent bagel at Stop and Shop for 89 cents, and LI Bagel Cafe charges $2.00. The taste has changed as well. Another big problem is that the cashiers seem to add up your order in their head, resulting in different amounts each time we go. They could be overcharging, or under charging, because they don't give a detailed receipt like other stores. We will probably be going elsewhere from now on.

Reyes, Damien and Julius helped me today. They were extremely friendly and accommodating. Food is always fresh and this location is clean. If you haven’t tried this Bagel Cafe location yet, you’re missing out! Best location for good food and great service! This is why they are always busy… but short wait times!

I order off of Uber eats a little more than I should, but the food is so worth it! Bagels are always so fresh!!

Been coming here for years but after today will no longer patronize this business. Placed a simple bagel order w/ butter & jelly and proceeded to watch people who came in and ordered after me get their orders. When I kindly asked where my order was, the person who took my order, I could see forgot about it then rattles off the wrong condiments. I simple walked out and won't be back.

I went in to order 4 pieces everything bagel scooped out tossed it a bit of butter scallion cream cheese and 5 slices of tomatoes I totally understand that prices have gone up and no problem charge me for it But Where it got weird is that they wanted to charge me $1 per slice of tomato Come on $20 for 20 slices of tomato REALLY? I canceled the order and left I will never go back

I always enjoy my weekly visits to this location. The team is amazing and always welcomes me with a smile. Reyes is an incredible team member who has great customer service skills. He made my long days brighter by his smile and positive upbeat attitude. Thank you Long Island Bagel Cafe!

I come here and Dash here regularly. While Im not always impressed with the service, Reyes literally always expedites orders fast and efficiently. Its rare I see an employee motivating their co workers and caring about the way they do their job! Bagels are great but just had to shout out this amazing worker who should be management!

Delicious bagels. The people working there are mostly friendly. They are a bit understaffed at the moment . If you like cinnamon who doesn't?Try the double cinnamon, yummy.

Love this bagel shop! Always has a large selection of fresh bagels and muffins; so many options to choose from. Reyes is an awesome help and offers great customer service. Def my go to place
