Baldwin City Station

Very unfortunate experience and we were so excited and wanted to love it. The train has not been updated since probably the 1970's. The trip was advertised as an hour trip, but actually took just under 3 hours which was very long for little kids. The cookies and cider weren't served until almost 2 hours in and the train ran at about 5mph the whole time. The whole experience was not what we were expecting for the price.

Santa express...disappointing. Staff was nice but the Train cars are not clean, pictures with Santa were rushed And cost extra $10 for 1, it was raining out and the Windows leaked. Seats were wet, floors were slick, passengers legs were wet from the rain coming in. Kids on the train were bored and crying. Spent $139 for my family of 7 and wished we would have spent the money elsewhere. Would not recommend to anyone.

We had a great time. Bought the 1st class tickets and it was worth it. Entertaining and the kids loved it.

we haven't been there we've been calling you just trying to get basic information on Thomas the train ticket prices and their customer service call center that you get directed to doesn't know anything that's going on at the real Center there is no direct number to call the depot and when you email them it has been over a day and I have not gotten back to you about just basic information
