I can't tell you how incredible Anna and her team were. We used them for cremation of my brother. During the absolute worst time of my life, Anna was so sensitive to our needs. They did not push us AT ALL to have a funeral. We ended up with a family friend doing our very small service, but they would have been our #1 choice hands down if we had not been given a zero cost memorial service for my brother. They cared about us. I have had other family and friends use this Baldwin Fairchild and they were extremely happy as well. One time, I missed a funeral of my best friend and her father called the church to ask them to stay after closing for a few minutes for me to say goodbye. Truly great people. I trust them with everything. I hope to never have to use them, but realistically we all know the good Lord calls us all home one day. God bless you if you are reading this. I know you're in terrible pain right now having to make these arrangements. I'm sorry for your loss. Let Anna help you.
Everyone was wonderful and so kind when my grandfather passed away. We got in right away and they had his service within the same week. During the service all the ladies I didn’t catch their names but wish I had helped me look after my children so I had time to say my final goodbyes. They made a process that is so hard and so heart breaking smooth and easy for the whole family and for that I am grateful! I would recommend them 100% for anyone that has a loved one in need of being cared for.
Words can’t express how appreciative our family is for the team at this Baldwin Fairchild Altamonte Springs location. From the moment we first called and then opened the doors to their office to discuss laying our mother to rest, Josy guided us so professionally through the process with incredible compassion. She quickly got us lined up for our service. Anna, our funeral director, was just as kind, patient and professional. Clearly these ladies care. Everyone we interacted with on staff from start to finish, were fantastic. Joe and a Chelly sp? at the graveside we’re helpful too. There are many who do their jobs and carry out their roles well but they seemed to go above and beyond, they stood out to us. Even on the morning of our service as Josy greeted the family before the others arrived she noticed all of the men had ties and squares with varying hues of purple. She said that is her favorite color isn’t it, and without us requesting she promptly changed the table runners from pink to purple. It’s the small details and friendly service that is such a blessing for a service like this. Thank you, again, for everything.
I just wanted to take a moment to applaud Jason M. and the staff here for really making this difficult time so much less stressful on my mother and family. There was a lot of uncertainty around hospice and what steps we needed to take in the event of my grandmother's passing, and every step of the way Jason M. was so kind, sweet and supportive. In a time where it's hard to find amazing and truly caring staff, Jason M. will exceed expectations!! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!!
Caring and compassionate, considerate, organized and thorough - this funeral home was professional in handling the sensitivities around one of my family’s most difficult times. Thank you especially to Josy and JRod who made the family feel so very taken care of.
Michelle helped myself, my father and my brother plan our Mom's memorial. We had it the very next day and it was beautiful. My Mom is a huge Disney fanatic and along with some of our Disney decor, they made everything amazingeven the tablecloths were Mickey colors and the chocolates had the Magic Kingdom castle on them. The death of a family member is one of the most painful experiences and every staff member was fantastic. We could not have asked for more. I have attached some pictures below.
From the first contact I had with the East Altamonte location we were treated kindly, professionally and respectfully with our loss and our grief. Our representative Marnie was thorough, explaining the process, how it all works and costs associated with our needs. When there was a slight delay with the death certificates that arose due to the pandemic she contacted me immediately. As much as I hated having to deal with the funeral home it was a necessity and every person I dealt with was knowledgeable and sympathetic. I recommend Baldwin Fairchild 100% to handle arrangements for your loved ones.
Baldwin Fairchild Altamonte Springs Fl just helped me with the funeral services for my husband. Connie Carlson is the most loving and caring person I know. She helped me through the service all the way to the gravesite. Everyone at Baldwin Altamonte was so kind and caring to me and my family. Mrs. Josy Cross and her staff are truly one of a kind. Not only did she pay attention to all the details for my brother's services but she always greeted myself and my family with a warm tender hug. Coming from out of town after the sudden passing of my son, we approached Baldwin Fairchild for arrangements and had the pleasure of having Josy help us thru the difficult moments, the dedication, compassion and professionalism from her were well above and beyond her duties.
