Had 3 front door keys made for $24. Machine was easy to operate and conveniently located at the entrance of my local Ralph’s. Got to choose different colors and patterns. All 3 keys work perfectly. No complaints..
Key only worked on 3 of the 4 locks. I'd appreciate a full refund as the key is useless.
I used the KeyMe kiosk at my local Ralphs to print a house key for myself after my bookbag was stolen while traveling for business. I had used the kiosk to make a copy of my key about 5 or 7 years ago and the pattern was still saved! This was a lifesaver as my flight returned late at night and I would have been locked out until a locksmith arrived. Printing the key was also much cheaper than calling a locksmith. I would suggest that everyone store their key patterns on KeyMe kiosks in case of emergencies, especially if you are concerned about hiding a key around your house as a backup.
I locked myself out of my house. I was just quoted one price on the phone and was given a much higher price when the technician Omry arrived for a basic lockout service. Service was good but I don’t like feeling I’m being taken advantage of .. the technician didn’t even honor the new customer discount I was promised.

I haven’t had a key made in YEARS and every place was closed because it was after 6pm , my daughter told me about this key machine in Ralph’s grocery store and it was the easiest thing ever!! I will always use them and I will refer them to all my family and friends. Thank you so much KeyMe
It was super fast, but the store manager had allowed abandoned carts to be stacked in front of the machine. The purchase experience was otherwise seamless. About 8 minutes start to finish, mostly due to inputting my email!
Got the bottle opener key from my partner which didn't work on our gate so we opted for a normal shaped key which ended up working
Keys looked pretty different, but still worked in the lock. I called to customer service, and they said they'd have the machine checked and compare keys, and send me new keys. I accepted. Excellent customer service.
