I just walked in after multiple days of calling trying to reschedule my appointment, and they said they still couldn't help me , the lady at the front desk couldn't even have a full conversation with me as she kept turning around moving things , answering the phone and talking to coworkers, I felt that was very rude, of her and unprofessional, she said she can't take me in as a walk in , that they "don't do that" , not to mention every time I've tried making an appointment with De.Carillo he's always on vacation or not available , even when I do make an appointment with him he is unable to attend due to his own schedule, it's frustrating coming here , and even the assistant nurse that has helped me after reading my file asked me to explain so many things to her that I felt she should know as a assistant in this facility, I am not a nurse or anything so my vocabulary wasn't sophisticated at all. This place is not friendly at all.
Worst place to go to for your health. Been coming here as a child because I didn't know any better. Since 2003 the lines were long and the process always took forever. They can't get to the clients they have now, let alone take care of them professionally. I came in today with an appointment after years since my last visit. 20 minutes after the appointment time I walk up to the front desk to check what's taking long and she mentions that "the lady will come to verify your eligibility." That's NOT to see the doctor... THAT'S ONLY TO SEE IF I EVEN VERIFY. Very bad first impression, I'm not sticking around to see how it ends
Came here at 9:04 am. It is 12:16 pm and havent seen the doctor. The front desk told me that I'm next. That was an HOUR AGO. Do not come here!!!
Worst customer service this ladies act like if I owe money to them, or if I asking for a favor. Noo! I will pay. This Dr. Is loosing money with this face of the company. Poor service. Cool and no patient.
This is the worst doctor I've ever been to. They never answer the phone and the voicemail is full so you can't even leave a message.They often refer me to other doctors or specialist that don't even take my insurance .And of course I don't find that out till I show up for the appointment.DON'T GO HERE IF YOU CAN AVOID IT!!!! The doctor doesn't listen to me. I'm calling my insurance right now to see if they can change my primary care doctor to someone else. THIS PLACE IS AWFUL.
This place sucks made a appointment for 1:30pm and it's 3:00pm and haven't seen the Dr yet. They take for ever.
