Love there service helped me through everything i highly recommend going back to this place when we have another child even though they got the gender of the baby wrong but was correct as soon as possible
Does anyone even work here? I called yesterday all day and received nothing but the busy tone. Today I called and the phone continuously rings with no answer, no voicemail, nothing! I am beginning to lose hope with women’s health care. I was referred here more than two weeks ago and have still not been able to get an appointment because they refuse to answer the phone or be any sort of help at all. The thing with women’s health care is that it’s usually time sensitive.
They are very Thorough and helpful, with you to understand your procedures & Very friendly staff & doctors.
Rude, the lady at the front desk answering the phone is absolutely rude!! Doesn’t try to help, snappy and has a rude remark anytime you try to ask even the simplest questions!! Absolutely the worst customer service ever!!
Absolutely the best staff. Always helpful and friendly. It’s nice to call and speak to someone. They always call you back in a timely manner. Love Kay and all the staff there! They care and you can tell!
Rudest front desk staff ever. They refused to help me when I was inquiring about the information needed for my mother and aunt to establish care with the practice. If this is the face of the practice that greets the patient's when they come in, I hate to see how the back office treats them.
Doctor visit okay but the nurses there need to work on their attitudes very rude people.
Not accommodating whatsoever. Won’t let kids in because of Covid, understandable. But only has appointments available for expecting mothers 2 days a week and it has to be a morning appointment? If you don’t have a completely clear schedule and 24/7 access to childcare, don’t call these people.
