Don’t use this company if you want trouble. The owner Mohammad is doing this as side hustle and does not hire people to get the work done. He got one helper at noon and took 2 hours struggling to bring the slide inside through the fence door. I have standard size fence door and he blamed it on the fence saying it’s too small. He didn’t wanted to pay for more people so he got only one guy. Finally after 2 hours of struggling they started setting it up and they hit one of the stake straight through one of main water pipeline under the ground which created massive water leak. He called me and said there is water leak and said he doesn’t know how it happened and said it was already damaged and said it was not him. I turned off the water connection to stop the leak. After they set it up and after the party it took several hours to repair as it was deep in the ground and there was another pipe over it and was difficult to cut and install new pipes. I messaged him saying you have to pay for the repairs $100 and I said I have recoding of what he did , he then admitted that he did this and he will compensate. He paid 17 dollars and said the parts would have cost only 10 dollars. Don’t make the mistake of hiring these kind of unprofessional people or their slides
If I could give this place 0 stars I would, thanks to the rude sales attendant. The woman at the front desk yelled and was very rude to me, so much that I was in tears walking out of the store. I walked in to the store 2mins after 6pm, since their doors were still open. She screamed at me, and told me I have 2mins to pick whatever and leave their store. I’m a very polite person, i tried to explain that I was late due to traffic, rushing down after work. I would have left if she told me that they were closed. I was so shaken after the altercation that I left without buying anything. I would NEVER go there again. I’m sure they don’t need my business. Being respectful to other people is not difficult; even in unpleasant situations. You can pass your message across with humility and politeness.

The lady who runs the place was very nice and polite, the prices are very good, and overall a very nice place to be around. Large variety with lots of things to pick from, would definitely recommend to anyone.
Will never buy hellium balloon from here. Bought a music balloon and some smaller regular balloons stayed ok for one day and lost all its air suddenly. I bought last year from kroger stayed perfect for a month. Cheap ones. Money they cost are the same.
Rented a water slide this weekend. Was delivered and setup the night before. Price was reasonable and service was great. I will use them in the future and would recommend them.

Great Location. I like Arnie's but this is much closer to my house and has great prices and in house availability. Love that they have all types of equipment to rent as well
Small but full of choices. The clerk was very nice. I had to drive from the other side of town to get my supplies but it was worth the trip. They had everything I needed.
A huge selection of qualatex balloons and super friendly staff. Great place for party rental equipment too
