Bally Total Fitness - Broadview

This place now seems to be called Red Fitness 24/7. I've had no issues with them over charging me so far. Employees seem very nice. I am not harassed by any trainers. The pool was very clean. On many occasions I've witnessed a person cleaning in the ladies locker room. They have cut back on kids club hours which I'm disappointed about. Some equipment does seem to be old and needs to be replaced, but everything I have used has worked just fine.

If youre to just work out this place may work for you, but whatever you do stay away from the pool, the locker room showers and the sauna... the sauna smells like death, the showers reak of urine, and the pool looks like somebody springled body hair all over the floor.. but on the bright side the machines work fairly well. This is the only gym ive been too where i felt obligated to wash my hands before leaving probably for the absence of spray bottles to clean equipment off i am im no way trying to talk bad about the gym, but as of now, it is what it is..

They charged us for another member's account and have yet to reimburse us. I have called corporate many times and they have yet to fix it and hang up many times. I met with the district manager who promised me he would fix this, but to no avail. This has been going on for 6 months.
