Had to get my fingerprinting done here. Although I had an appointment, I still had to wait in line and the entire process took about an hour. This had the potential to be an irritating trip to a city-funded institution, but what made the difference was the three employees running the entire operation. You didn't know until getting inside the room that there was one woman checking the line in, giving out clipboards with sheets to fill out, gathering and photocopying IDs, entering information into the system, and taking the photos, and only two men running the fingerprinting station! Despite this obvious understaffing, they were all calm and at ease while working efficiently and quickly. Great attitudes - asking people how they were doing, making light conversation and jokes. You could feel the good energy in the air - so unlike other Baltimore City public service offices. It really made the difference. I walked out with a sense of gratitude and appreciation, not having minded the long wait at all.
Excellent people and their support.
My experience today was great from beginning to end. No chaos, very organized. Thank you so much for a smooth process.
As functional as you would expect with this pandemic going on. Temperature checks at the front door. Security and sign in. It was a bit of a wait however things are running as smooth as possible. Have a little patience when making a visit.
Had to pick up a lap top for my child's online classes. The staff was pleasant. The whole process was quick and easy. No complaints here
They was fast courtesy and I was in and out without a problem on three different occasions thank you Baltimore City School
I was able to get my business sorted out in a relatively short period of time.
They aren't helpful at all. They don't answer when you need them. I'm done with the city school system now
A long, long wait to accomplish what was as easy as handled in a few mins once I got in front of someone inside. Picking up Chrome Books for my children who will start distance-learning in the fall. Definitely standing like sardines in the line - not social-distancing as we should have been doing. Whole process took three hours to accomplish.
The experience was not good I came to talk to someone and was told by the security officer no one was in the building because of covid and not having covid and everyone was working from home and come back Monday as well the names I read to her didn't sound familiar and they have outside people that communicate with the public and not the regular workers that work in the building. I talked to Kwame Abdul-Hamid is sent a email to him after he added me in the email he never responded to my email the person he put me in the email Ms. Tracye Carter never responded to the email I sent her and Ms. Summers didn't respond either and that is very unprofessional.
