I know many coffee drinkers & I 'm a tea drinker. This is such a lovely place w/ so many varieties of coffee & tea. Atmosphere is delightful.Food: 5/5
I’ve always been a huge fan of Baltimore Coffee and Tea but now I love them even more! We have a nice espresso machine at our house and love to order the whole bean Milano Blend Espresso which tastes so smooth and amazing. I’ve been ordering from here for years and have never had a problem. We recently moved and my order which usually comes within 2 days hadn't come so when I reached out about a week later, I found out that it had been delivered to my old address rather than my new one. When I emailed to check on my order, Pamela got right back to me in a timely fashion. She let me know that she was going to reach out to the owner of the company to tell him what happened and would call me back the next day to let me know what the next step was. I was absolutely SHOCKED when she called back to let me know that someone would be HAND DELIVERING beans to my house that evening. What??!!??!? I told her that was NOT necessary but she insisted. That evening, just as she said, Sharon showed up with a box of fresh beans. Wow! Try to find not only a quality product but also impeccable customer service from any company like this these days… it’s almost nonexistent. THANK YOU Pamela, Sharon and Baltimore Coffee and Tea. You set the bar HIGH!!
Love their iced tea and coffee. Cute, quaint little shop with a lot of options! Food is good too, pretty standard, quick breakfast fair. Parking can be a little goofy, but not enough to ever deter me from going.
Ordered a croissant and latte. The environment was nice and it's a cool store. But the croissant was heated in the microwave and made it soggy. Also, the latte had a funny taste to it and didn't taste anything like the pumpkin flavoring that we asked for. I'm sure the regular coffee is better, but perhaps the espresso isn't the best there
Wish I could add to the great reviews for Baltimore Coffee on Aylesbury. While there I needed to use the restroom. The restroom had a sign on it that it was out of service. I asked the person at the counter if there was another restored. They said yes but it wasn’t available for public use. I said that I was a senior citizen and would appreciate the opportunity to use it. The Manager went in the back room and came out and said that he couldn’t allow it. I thought that places code requires that serve food have a working restroom? It wouldn’t have taken much to be kind and accommodating. Instead, they chose the low road and have no respect for their customers.
I come often and always buy beans. I use this to make my espresso. Everyone loves it.Food: 5/5
What a cute coffee shop! They have an amazing section of coffee beans to take home as well as lattes and other yummy coffee beverages. They also have a nice selection of sandwiches, baked goods, soups and salads. Just a very cozy place that I plan to visit again.
I personally went in there for the coffee and the flavored coffee is the best around anywhere that I have been so far. They have many many varieties no flavor coffee then I have never seen before and the flavors are just the best. Let's say you have a pumpkin flavored coffee. You can be sure that it will taste like pumpkin and not weak like many other places I know of. They have some organic which will be nice to see more organic coffee beans. And that's the thing about this place too they have so much fresh coffee beans that abound. Also many teas and herbal teas and name nrands you can choose from. You can sit in at small tables which is in a nice comfy and cozy area. The whole place inside gives you a comfortable feeling. And not to mention the personnel which are right there to help you with anything you might want to know or need. Great people to deal with. Usually I don't give anything five stars only because nothing is really perfect. But I gave it five stars just because how's the setting and the variety of coffee and teas in the hospitality of those kind knowledgeable people behind the counter that will help you.
In my opinion, this is hands own the best coffee I’ve ever had the pleasure of drinking. I never drank coffee until I landed a job in an antique/ gourmet kitchen shop in Hagerstown Maryland. We sold Baltimore&tea in bulk.Winter was cold and not much heat so I’d drink the coffee we’d put out for potential customers just to warm up and I got hooked. It started withViennese cinnamon. Years later I found this company on line and began trying different flavors. I ordered Seville Orange and I thought I died and went to heaven. For me, it’s my go to.I purposely do without it and try other flavors are amazing and then I come back to orange.I have the same reaction every time.I’m telling you, when I take my first sip, it confirms my love for this amazing brew. You have my loyalty for as long as I’m alive.
