My family has been shopping here for decades, but when we went for my 4yo in need of a wedding guest dress, we were met with rude, uninterested service. The sales woman quite literally looked at us like we annoyed her before we even opened our mouths.  Then we placed an order for a dress since the one in store was too small for my child. They called us in 3 weeks later to try on the “custom dress” that fit EXACTLY as the dress that was too small for her. The dress has accents added that we didn’t ask for and the sales persons reaction was just to tell us we were wrong about everything.  We asked to come back the next week, the week of our event, and have the dress let out and they told us simply that they sold our dress to someone else.  My family shopped here for every baby we’ve ever had since the 80s and this year they officially lost us all as customers. Rude service, if you can call it that and options that you can find online or elsewhere. I wouldn’t hassle yourself with the parking struggle to go here.  Zero stars.

Love this store!  We purchased both of our daughters' gorgeous First Communion gowns, purses, veils, gloves... from El Bambi.  It's the only place in Hudson County to shop for all of your children's special events.

I am very overdue writing this review.  I am incredibly satisfied with the customer service of this company.  Special shout out to Carolina.  It was so convenient having the furniture delivered right to my house had I bought this brand from a local store, I would have had to pick it up myself or pay for delivery.  Prices were great.  Quality is outstanding.  I would buy from this company again should the opportunity arise!

We had a wonderful experience with Bambi Baby! The sales team is a extremely helpful and Anthony was wonderful to work with! He took the time and explained the differences between each brand and didn’t push for expensive brand. We had gone to other furniture stores and felt pressure to make a selection without explanation.  For high quality furniture and a great experience, go to Bambi Baby.

Great Savings; I just bought a Crib Oxford, not your regular boxed store furniture. Oxford Baby, Westport Dresser, saved over $1000 from the regular price from taking a floor model, Not used, just out of the box floor models regular nicks, well worth it. Thank you El Bambi, you have to be doing something right being there since 1976, thank you again for the great savings.

I bought my 2 year old girl to el Bambi for a dress for a special occasion. Upon entering in, I was greeted with a smile by a sales rep, Andrea . I explain to her what exactly I am looking for, she understood and the first dress she showed me I ended up purchasing. Another amazing thing about el Bambi is that there are fitting rooms. I went to El Bambi last week to purchase a christening outfit for my son and the ladies working there were really helpful and courteous.  I really enjoyed my experience there.  The lady helping us took her time to give me exactly what I was looking for and I didn’t feel rushed at all.  I will definitely be going back for future purchases.  The quality of their products are top notch!  Love the store!

My husband and I had a pleasant experience in the Long Island location store.  Marge, who assisted us, was very helpful and knowledgeable.  She took her time to show each item we asked about.  Definitely 5 stars from us!

We have made many large purchases here including our baby furniture and strollers for two children. The staff is so knowledgeable and friendly while not being pushy at all. Most recently we worked with Anthony and he was extremely helpful in finding the exact stroller we needed and getting it shipped on a short timeline. Highly recommend Bambi!!!!

My mother and I were super excited to visit El Bambi because she purchased my baby furniture and clothes there when I was born 32 years ago! Now that I am a soon to be first time mother we visited the store for my baby clothes and furniture. Unfortunately, we did not have the experience we expected due to poor customer service. As we began to explore the clothing, the sales people began to put clothes on the counters without asking us and telling us what to purchase. I expressed what I was looking for and wanted, while the sales people told me what I should get. Once I found part of what I was looking for, which is only available at the store, the sales person took the clothes to the register and disappeared. She did not ask if we were finished, which we weren't but it seems she made the decision for us. The clothes are pretty pricey but we decided to go ahead and purchase them because of the quality. Unfortunately, the clothes were thrown into a regular plastic bag, which was surprising considering the prices and quality of clothes. We asked the cashier if there was tissue paper or boxes for the clothes and she said " There is tissue paper down there if you want it" and pointed. The clothing selection for babies is quite beautiful and delicate, which would be 5 stars but unfortunately due to customer service and presentation I am kindly giving 3 stars. Due to our experience we will not be returning.
