I usually have a very pleasant experience while shopping at BR. However the experience I had with the manager there was why online shopping will close stores and take jobs away. Being rude to customers is not good customer service. I will pass on going to this store again, instead go to the Troy location where the customer service I receive there makes me feel valued as a customer.
Best sales and service around Shanna was amazing to work with. Left looking and feeling great. Best BR in the state. 5 stars.
6 easy! They greet me before I can make it to the men's department the other one's don't. I shop at other locations but I only buy from this one because of the great! Customer service experience.
The return policy needs to change. Most of my wardrobe is B.R but the ONE time, I try to return an item a couple weeks old with the receipt, no tags, washed, and a couple minor marks on it, I wasn’t able to return it. That’s fine no big deal, that’s your policy. But if you won’t take care of me and go above and beyond then I’ll go to Lulu lemon across the street at the village in Rochester hills where they will.
I have always loved BR. Half of my wardrobe is from this company work and everyday. I have always gone to BR due to higher quality of product and friendlier customer service even though they are 3x the cost of many other places. I receive pants as a gift in February, and for the first time, the quality was not good. The rivets that hold the pockets together were falling apart after only a handful of wears and washes. I went into the store a day prior to explain my situation and they gladly indicated I should return with them and I could exchange for a comparable pair. Today, I got in my car and drove 20 minutes to the store. When I explained the situation the clerk, she proceed to explain to me that these pants are from 2017 I have no idea what this means and I just received them. After I explained they were a gift she asked if I had the card used to purchase.......NO, they were a gift... She indicated that since they were worn and washed “there is nothing I can do.” No apology, no let me check with a manager, no let me exhaust a single option to try and help you out. Today, BR showed that the quality and customer service are not worth the 3x cost. I will be doing my shopping at Brooks Brothers from now on, at least you get what you pay for. Extremely disappointed.
I really enjoy this BR location, as they have a nice selection, a good amount of fitting rooms, and a helpful/friendly staff. I have had clothes sent out for basic alterations, and I appreciate the communication between staff and myself on the status of these garments. They are also very helpful when using BR rewards. I am a frequent reward customer, and they will always call other stores for out of stock items. The store is also very clean, and like I mentioned before they have a nice amount of fitting rooms, which are clean and someone is usually available to check on you. Keep up the great service!
Banana Republic fits my budget and style better than other brands, but what keeps me coming back is the customer service. My last visit to this location will be one I will never forget. The sales associate or manager went above and beyond, while my visit to another location was less positive. I'll definitely be coming back here.
I received excellent service from Wyett. The store didnt have stock of an item I was looking for. He offered to call ahead to the next BR store 15min away to put it on hold for me. I went to the next BR store and picked up the item. I wouldve been stranded without the item if it werent for Wyett's excellent care and forward thinking.
Have shopped this store since it opened with good experiences til today. Allowing a dog in the store is not a practice I support, but allowing one in that continues to bark is simply inappropriate. I stopped shopping and left the store shortly after barking persisted.
This is the best BR i have been. High quality clothes, good prices with 40%off +10% if you buy online. Staff is friendly too
