Banana Republic

I reserved a dress online and came in to pick it up at this BR location tonight, but someone must have accidentally sold it or misplaced it, because no one could find it when I got there. I was really disappointed at first and thought I was just out of luck, but one of the staff members, Maria, did everything she could to make the situation right. When they couldn't find the dress, Maria called several other BR stores to see if they had it in my size. When she found one that had it, she had them overnight ship the dress to me for free. She was so kind and determined to make the situation right-- it turned a disappointing situation into a really pleasant experience. I would love to visit this location again-- great products and staff :
