Vanessa was may teller the experience was horrible. Using a check drawn from the same bank I had to wait several minutes for some made up reason. Vanessa claims to only be doing her job which is understandable but frankly it was inconvenient and a waste of my time. Never with all my bank accounts have I ever waited 35 mins to cash a check.

Great customer service, and very fast service as well, and they also have free coffee and cookies, and the staff is very nice as well, especially the security guard.
