My primary focus is helping my clients achieve their planning goals and objectives. Estate planning helps clients to preserve their wealth during their lifetime and to control how their wealth will be distributed at the end. This often includes preparing wills, trusts, powers of attorney for Finances and Health Care (medical directives), and marital property agreements, but may also involve more complex estate planning techniques. I am also an experienced probate attorney. Probate can be a difficult and confusing process, but I can help.
