Every time I come here it is nice and clean. Usually I do my laundry in the middle of the night so I have the whole place to myself. The only thing preventing me from giving 5 stars is that most of the extra large machines were out of order.
Didn't have a experience. Finished work went to wash laundry found a sign saying not to wash after 645p at a coin laundromat won't be back I'll find somewhere else. Well noting what I said first I had to say the same company had another laundromat across town a little way that was open a sing on this first place would have been helpful. Like try our 24 he location at ... address.
Most of the time I do My laundry here. Sometimes its hot but not to bad. The Ladies in the cleaner side are friendly. That's always nice!
There is a short hispanic male that sweeps and mops that is soo completely rude. Im only commenting because my disabled mother has stopped coming here simply because he constantly forces her to move out of the way so he can clean the floors. She started going to your McLean location to avoild this issue. Today i was here and he splashed mop water on my feet, and picked my baskets up off the floor so he could sweep under them. This guy needs to be told how to treat customers.
Alot of washers are always broke especially the big ones so then you spend more having to split you losd of in several small machine.
Its ok however the laundry mat needs monitored people are not wearing masks and I dont want to get sick coming here. Should have masks required on doors
Very nice place the machines were all marked that were not in service clean and user friendly
Good Wi-Fi, machines always working anybody broke got fixed in a few days. Place was always clean.
1/4 of the machines are "out of order", but hey they got a new soap dispenser machine
