Bandago Van Rentals

3rd year in row we've used Bandago. Great people, Awesome vans. Love talking to the customer service people. They seem like surfers from California. So calm and easy going.

Great people, reasonable rates. A little hard to find. Can easily past the building if you're not watching carefully.

Had a few interactions with Bandago... Customer Service at the pickup location was great, very friendly and helpful. Spoke with a customer service rep over the phone prior to the rental and they were very accommodating to possibly rescheduling the trip we didn't end up needing to do this. However, the bad interactions far outweighed the good. Bandago did not have the van we reserved when we arrived at pickup, we were presented with 2 downgraded options. We asked if they would reprice the rental to match the downgraded van, they said "they most likely would, but billing is handled at corporate". Ultimately we were charged full price for a van we did not get. To compound insult to injury we were charged 900$ for a new windshield after getting a nickel size rock chip in the windshield. Some extra cost was expected to fix the rock chip but it did not warrant a new windshield. Overall poor experience, I would not recommend this company. - Update - I did speak with Mr. Laguana the owner of this company, he was able to resolve the issues in a fair, professional, and timely manner. While not always perfect, there is definitely a commitment to good customer service at this company.

Very Professional Service From Start To Finish. Our Van had some issues and they brought us a new van without hesitation. We will definitely use them again.

I LOVE BANDAGO! they make sprinter rental so easy. All of their staff in person & phone/email are kind & knowledgeable.

Decent service, we showed up early which wasn't appreciated, oops! Van wasn't clean on the outside, looks like they wash and then let it drip dry. Well, on a black car you can see every drip!!! They re-washed for us which helped a little. They also look at the gas gauge on a steep hill so make sure its level when they mark it! Otherwise, good, I'd do business with them again.

Great business. There was a mix up concerning our group's reservation and Erin went above and beyond to make it right.

rented a very new 15 passenger van for extended vacation. So much room, the Ford Transit van had extra head room with xbox and dvd... The kids were able to spread out and not fight the whole time. The pick up process was quick, the parking space is right on the road - a little scary if lots of traffic in downtown Nashville. We returned the van today just as quickly as when we picked it up

Terrible... broke down call customer service he was clueless was trying to over charge talking about you went over the Mileage! How the van broke down on the way to the Mountain. So imagine that..
