My Louie developed a hematoma on his ear that had gotten bigger overnight - of course on a Sunday.. So, in search of a vet open I called Banfield. Not only were they reasonably priced especially for weekend hours/“emergency” visit the whole staff was amazing and very nice. They were booked for the day already but managed to fit me in and get my little guy some antibiotics for his infection. And he’s never even been there before..  I would highly recommend this vet. I will be switching and making this his normal routine vet moving forward.  Great service, great staff, overall a great experience.

Been our vet for few years.  Staff is amazing, caring and very personable.   The doctors are great.  Really care about your pet.  Answer any questions you have and make sure you understand your pets needs, ie: meds, weight, etc.  Not overly priced and have plans you can get to help with some costs.  I highly recommend them

I have taken my pets to Banfield for over 10 yrs and have had a great experience. However, this past year and currently not so much. They are overbooked everyday and this leaves no room for unexpected sick or injured pets. Appointments are booked out 2-4 weeks. Their recommendation is go to emergency vet...that is fine bc I have to but I pay for your wellness plan and get free office visits and free and discounted testing and medications so why would I want to go somewhere that I have to pay so much money. Moral of the story they need to hire more vet techs and another vet dr so that people can at least have opportunity for Appointments same week if needed.

Our dog has had seizures for weeks went to the emergency vet 3 times no call from his reg vet .They never called to check on my dog and we  tried to make an appointment to see regular vet but were booked weeks in advance just very disappointed . We ended up having to put our dog to sleep thanks Bainfield for making my choice if we get another pet it won't be taken to you

First time at this location in awhile Parma, OH. Although, I was very thankful that they squeezed my cat in for an emergency situation, I felt the Vet was very cold and super imposing on her views of euthanasia instead of discussing other options for my pet.

My kid loves coming here ok not really I love the staff always warm and welcoming, and they treat both our animals as if they were family. They’re always helpful to address any concerns we have and to get us in for any needed visits.

Very poor customer service.Banfield only cares about making money and not your animal. Banfield canceled my appointment due to weather. I rescheduled and was reassured that my appointment would be covered under my well care package for my dog. After arriving I was told that the annual package had already renewed automatically even though I had called to cancel it. Then, I was informed that the visit would not be covered under the package I had paid for and I would have to pay out of pocket for the visit. The employee informed me there was nothing she could do but charge me for the visit. She even remembered speaking to me at the last appointment and me requesting to cancel the contract. She rememberers giving me the number to call to cancel. I followed her instructions and still got charged. They suck up your money and do not provide the service they promise.

Not good for older dogs my dog was sick and they couldn't  make  an appointment  for three weeks  they were short staff  mmy dog was dead 6 days  later I paid into there plan for ten years  thanks for nothing

I am so pleased with this pet hospital. That I am seriously thinking about changing from the one I have now. Dr Woo, did a complete exam on my cat they shaves the mats of his fur. My male cat felt so calm and relaxed with the Dr's assistant.  He didn't have his normal attitude when he got home. She worked a mircle with him. I think he's trying to get tore up so he can go back.
