Stopped taking my dog here after I had paid for their plan for a year which waived the fee for basic visits but they constantly had no appointments available for at least two weeks. I think the vets are great but the admin side feels constantly disorganized or understaffed and has made errors that just shouldn’t be happening. More expensive than other spots in the area. Not worth it, imho.
I took my dog and she loved being there when shes very shy. She came out happy and wanting to say hi to everyone. The staff was very friendly and informative. They recommended the wellness plan for us and we love it so far! Would definitely recommend to bring your pets here!
Good and not so good.. I called a few months ago, possibly needing to put my cat down, and the girl that answered was amazing, compasionate and got me in that day. The dr there was Dr Albetty , who is there non frequent..she was personal..a lover of cats with many of her own...she ket me decide..and I left with medicine..and its been about 3 months now and my car, while on his way out, has been able to stay longer without suffering Not so good part. I called yesterday 7/11 it seems my Dr may not return, but more importantly the new girl who answered had ZERO compassion for my situation and unfortunately has led me to look for a new location. So , hit or miss..sadly. if Dr Albetty was still there I would return or if they find a caring front desk.
Staffs are Amazing No Matter what time of the Day. Kudos to DR. BaRLANDs Team & Dr CHAO! You Guys stay That way..Its Not too often you Find a place now with Smiles... Keep Strong. Thank You For Yöur Service!!!~ Tai-tai . You may be understaffed most of the time but they still get to manage to smile and Courteous and keeping it together despite some impatient patients. Thank you for your hard work and empathy.
Do not go here. One year ago my dog was constantly itching their neck/jaw and growling and I could never figure out why. When I took her here for them to check up on her, they charged 500 dollars for a blood test and just told me it was allergies and gave me some medication for her. The allergy meds did not work and now a year later I took her to a different vet because she was BLEEDING from her mouth. They discovered a huge tumor under her tongue and I'm praying the surgery will be successful to remove it if it's not too late. Had this place not been so careless, they would've discovered the true reason behind her actions. This place might be the reason why my dog will pass away.
Such a bad place to take my pet Have been paying insurance every month Today they took my dog in at 11 for regular check and blood test She was supposed to be ready by 2 We called around 3 after being on hold for 30 minutes they said they needed more time Around 5:30 we were getting nervous as the close at 6 Called and stayed on hold Decided to go there before they close Got there by 6:05 Vet was there talking to another client She took me to a room and started asking questions about my dog I stopped her and asked have you guys done anything She started talking about being short handed and not being able to perform certain procedures I asked her to write down what has been done She said she needs more time waited till 6:45 they informed me she needed more time to write her notes I was the only one there waiting for her notes but for some reasons she did not want to finish her notes
Both my dog and cat who’s passed now attend Banfield for pet care. When my cat was very sick they took great care her and helped me keep her alive six months longer than expected. With my dog they consistently dona great job. I love the pet wellness membership so much. It truly pays for itself after a couple visits.
They are really caring that's why I take my cats there... Love it.
I called in prior to bringing my dog Rosie in to chat with a vet and see if they thought her symptoms required a visit. Over the phone she told me she would love to see Rosie and from the few symptoms I gave she knew what tests she would run. I brought Rosie in and sure enough Rosie had what the vet tested for. I have Rosie signed up on the puppy plan so I only had to pay for 1 of the 2 tests that were run as well as her medication. Thank you for taking such good care of Rosie!
Everything for your pet under one roof. Normally, appointments are available and staff is helpful. The doctors have always gone into depth for my dog if the techs can't answer.
