Banfield wesley chapel location is a win! My dog, Zion, had his neuter surgery today and the process went perfect. Dr. Ashley Pickett is a wonderful person and so good at her job. You really have to have a caring personality to do the things she does and she’s 100% the person for the job! Very communicative and I got calls throughout the day with news on how the procedure was going. I’d trust this place with any and all future procedures. The ladies at the front desk are really sweet too. It’s obviously pricy when compared to local mom & pop veterinary offices but you DEFINITELY get what you pay for here! Also, very timely. Apt was at 7a.m. and pick-up was at 12:30p.m. Everything went smoothly according to that schedule. Couldn’t have asked for a safer/calmer experience!

so far i two of them and they are great loving and explain everything good the vet came explain and give you options treatment thank you take care my princess Aria after give the first time 5stars I have to give 3 kaleb have appointment for his vaccinations took him 1030 i went to see how long more they told me at 1230 8 dogs before him and probably finish around 4pm i find to much time just for vaccinations my dog be in a kennel they a good clinic but i no like the idea he being more 4 hrs in a kennel because they over book the appointments
The vets at Banfield have seen 6 of my pets over a 15 year period. Generally this was limited to vaccines and other preventative care. This year having 2 new puppies, I decided to get my English bull dog spayed and at the same time have a umbilical hernia repaired. The surgery was performed on a Monday and by Thursday she was bleeding from the abdomen. I called Banfield to say I’m bringing her in and much to my surprise they said, “ we are booked and can’t see her”. I said come on Dr. Piper did the surgery. The woman at the front remained steady with her careless attitude and said,” can’t do it, go to an emergency room”. When I called the sister Banfield just 10 more miles up the road they said since this vet did the surgery she needed to be the one to look at the post op issue. Are you kidding me? So here is my tip, take your pet to a place that actually cares about animals and that actually cares about their clients. This means stay away from Banfield they only care about money and the staff there is the absolute worst. I called back and Dr. Piper said yes bring her in. She was caring and attentive but the front staff act like they don’t have a brain in their head!!!! Such a shame these employees represent the vets so poorly! Joann needs counseling and a good reprimanding or better yet a job where she doesn’t deal with people.
Super awesome! Very helpful! Looking out for you and your pet! Thinking of switching my other pup to Banfield. They have pet plans, kind of like insurance, but you can use them at any banfield in case you are traveling or move!
Best service, detailed information about our pets health. Always remember to call back the next few days to check on our pet's condition. Amazing service
Fantastic staff as always, they treat our cats with great care and kindness. Even with some of ours being difficult. They truly care about our babies
I just wanted to thank the staff at this Banfield for being so kind every time I brought in my sweet girl Jasmine. During one of the most difficult moments of my life they went above and beyond. Losing a beloved furry friend is never easy, but thank you all for your kindness, love, and care you provided and provide to our pets.
Love this place. Both my dogs go here and the staff has their best interest at heart.
It's a great place. Not in love with the new covid policy. Never get to met the vet and chat about real issues
