Very clean and convenient branch offering all types of banking and financial services. If they had complete access to their ATM I would give them a full 5-star rating. I came into the branch from the parking lot and was greeted by an employee who informed me I had to go all the wY around the building complex in order to get to the ATMs. If they just wanted to restrict access, why not lock the door to Main Street can't park there without getting a parking ticket anyway and allow access from the parking lot it's that door all the way back in the picture.
6-8 people on line and one person in the window . It’s disrespectful to clients . People asking her questions of business and statements what is there other offices in the back for . Please get it together
Wait is always extremely long, only 1 or 2 tellers is working at all times. Wait time is well over 20 minutes- location needs to do better!
They got preference..lady was helping someone when I went to her she said she's not open had to wait again..then the second lady was kinda rude but she did help me tho ..never go to dis location again
BOA need to lock the door at night because there's pan handlers by the ATM machines begging for money and it's not safe for the elderly!!
I’ve lived in East Orange for the last 3 years and have visited this branch countless times. This past week I went in seeking support for an urgent matter and was beyond pleased! As always the staff was super helpful! I ended up having to speak to a few folks, I took their cards Newton, William and Catherine, ALL were amazingly helpful! Beyond thankful for their help resolving a very sensitive financial issue! Grateful!
I’ve been a loyal client for over 10 years and have not seen such a poorly managed branch. Main Street entrance is open for ATM use only, you gotta get in through the back door. Really rude security guy meeting you at the door won’t let you in without mask even after it not being mandatory in the state. 1-2 tellers working in 4 windows.. I’m sure Bank Of America can do better!
When I re-opened my account earlier this year art the East Orange branch I was treated as if my business was of the uptmost priority. However the teller services are the worst of any of the branches in NJ. The branch is never fully staffed and once when I questioned the branch manager about it he was rude and dismissive. He resolved to quiet me by taking care of my needs ahead of the 15 customers who were on line in front of me. Regretting that I have rekindled this business relationship.
Just came from a failed appointment at this branch. Despite arriving early, I was kept waiting way past my appointment time. When I approached one of the cashiers to inquire what I should do, she said she was not available.I ended up leaving without being attended to as I was utilizing my lunch break from work.
Alllllllways a line for the teller. I never get out of here within an hour. I usually go to the Glen Ridge branch which can be our of the way but worth the drive.
