How do you find the most incompetent people possible, and promote them to management? ATM decided to eat $1250 in cash, apparently because they don’t service them themselves, they can’t do anything for 2-3 business days about the money I just deposited. Had an account for several years, no option to receive a credit, no effort to escalate it, telling me that’s the best I’ll get, no trust from their end even though this is something dire.
I need to go to the bank about once a year. Every time I go in because I need something the place is empty and they turn me away because I don’t have an apt. I guess their time is more valuable then their customers.
This branch is so good , where the professional, client-oriented team works ! Special thanks to the manager Dream for her attention to the clients and her professional work and help !Akl Matar family
Hours of operation are only 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. so you cannot get there before work and you cannot get there after work when am I supposed to do banking? Not even open weekends for simple banking. I wish I could make a good living only working 6 hours a day for 5 days that sounds nice.
All staff are professional and very courteous. Have been banking at this branch for 7 years. Same staff. All are trying their best through Covid times.
Poor service, staff standing around & customers waiting. Eventually, Loles tried to do simple transaction, she bungled 3 times. Supervisor came over. Loles flung my money on counter, no apology.
My hat goes off to Joannie Philippart for quickly taking care of some paperwork I had been struggling to get help with elsewhere.
Very nice people are working inside the branch. I didn't expect such a pleasant experience from such a large bank.
