We were traveling through Maine and needed something completed quickly near the end of the business day. Zachery helped us and even stayed a little beyond their closing hours to make it happen. We were so appreciative. He even gave us local suggestions on where to get specific types of foods. I highly recommend making this your bank of choice if you live in this area.

Me and my husband went to this branch last week and we’re glad we received the assistance for the service we need that day. Terrell was the gentleman who assisted us, although he mentioned that he’s not from this branch probably he substituted someone. We would like to commend his service. Our appointment was too early that day and me and my husband barely had sleep cause we have a baby. Terrell welcomed us, politely and very professionally but at the same time made us comfortable. Gesture, good manners, he’s stellar and he went above and beyond. To top that, he’s very patience. I was waiting for BofA feedback from my email but haven’t received it yet. I put a feedback here and will definitely leave another on email.

The tellers are wicked nice and the lobby is always clean. I was a customer here for well over 20 years and I was kicked out for good so I took my money out and went to Norway Savings bank. I'll never ever bank at Bank of America ever again. Mark my words!!!

I've had good experiences with most BoA branches in the past, but the incompetence from the staff at this branch borders on insulting. Not only did they fail to know how to do a simple task which they've done easily at another branch but I waited an hour just to be seen even though there was only one other person there. The tellers were just talking to each other the whole time while the other customer and I just waited.

This bank seems really desperate, every time I go in there they try to have me sign up for a checking account. It's gotten to the point that if you try to cash a check from that bank over a certain amount of money they want you to either have an account with them or they won't cash it. I actually went in there to cash a check and they told me that I could go to a check cashing service to cash a check that was from their back. Now mind you I had a couple of forms of ID and whatnot. Why would you want a bank account where they don't honor a check that you wrote to somebody anyway? The bank was clean.

Drove there on a rainy Saturday with my two kids who are both under two and were napping while my husband was away at base and intended to go through the drive through to cash a check and they had it closed with a sign saying you had to come in for service. Very frustrating. Needless to say I drove back home, wasted gas, time, and never got my banking done.

This is one of the cleanest banks I’ve been to. The employees are friendly, and the manager Lauren is great. Keep up the excellent work, I will be a customer with Bank of America for a long time.

I go to a lot of different banks for my clients and this is by far the SLOWEST bank! Not just one time but every time, even if it's just a couple checks to deposit. I just don't understand why they take so much longer than any other bank.
