My experience with the Bank of America branch located near me was great. They have excellent customer service and very knowledgeable staff. They also have great hours of operation and plenty of banking options. I have used them multiple times and they always leave me feeling satisfied with the service and advisement they provide. Highly recommend. Clean environment.
This is the best location of Bank of America. Miss Chen is absolutely assets of this location. She is very professional and nice most important, she can speak perfect English and Chinese. For a lot of Chinese immigrants, they always struggle with language on financial issues. Miss Chen provides a lot of help on communications. every time I came to this branch, Ms. chen always has the most beautiful smile on her face working hard for clients. Besides her, manager Cherry is very nice too. Recommend this location to any people who only speak Chinese.
Yesterday, I had to set up a checking account, and I must say, the staff was so incredibly kind, personable, and helpful. I am honestly not a big fan of having to pay $5/month just to have a regular checking account, and there were some other sketchy regulations/"maintenance fees" that I've never once encountered when opening a simple checking account, but that'd more of a complaint about how the the entire Bank of America company is run, not this particular branch. Kit was absolutely INCREDIBLE to work with. She was so pleasant,kind, helpful, and all-around just a wonderful lady. So, for the kind staff, I am giving 5 stars. The company itself is disappointing, but that staff is wonderful! Thanks for the help! Also, I wanted to leave a nice survey about kit, but did not receive the email to do so yet. To the friendly staff: keep it up, and I appreciate your great attitudes and kindness.
This location is embarrassing. No one ever picks up the phone and the Manager's customer service is non-existent. I'm transferring my funds to a new bank after interacting with her.
Never been cried before about documents but today it's happened! I wish to give no star, but i never seen so bad service before at all. Unfortunately during the 3 days I was trying to obtain some documents for my loan process and it was most ridiculous thing that I ever did.. I was rushed to do everything by myself, going back and forth, from bank to bank , and I missed my job for 3 days arrow, because spouse to do new appointments again and again and trying to bring all papers. And just because the banker stuff told me it's not their job to do this for me..‍ Even my previous bank stuff asked me when they saw me rushed again and again: -Why did your Bank of America sending you to us, if they are spouse to request all documents from us first? Why didn't they call to us? I am not going come back at this location anymore it's just terrible and inappropriate service...
Emily the branch manager is awful. Had an account with Bank of America for 3 years. Started getting charges on the account and asked Emily to remove/refund the charges. Was informed that Bank of America updated the account without notifying me so it started being charged a monthly fee. No one at this location would help refund these fees or close my account. Had to call customer service to get some of my money back and cancel my account. They also push people to the app or ATM even if I want to speak with a teller. Will not be doing business with Bank of America again!
Every month they automatically send money without my permission to my credit card even though I pay my card on my own. I don't have autopay set up and when I set everything up I specifically didn't have it done. They then charge me overdraft for transfers I didn't even make or agree to since it's usually on the paycheck that I use for rent. They are stealing my money and shown they don't care. Do not trust them.
Terrible service. Walked into the front desk to get told to take a seat and someone would be with me. I waited over 30 minutes while hearing others complain about the service they have received, only to finally hear that I should make an appointment and that no one will be available for me today. All I have to do is prove my identity so I can use my account. It's frozen because BoA has messed up my numbers. Now I sit here with a frozen account at 0$. All I needed was to prove my ID. Now after all my waiting I have to make an appointment. As if it wasn't hard enough getting the day off work today. What's a BANK WITH NO BANKER AVAILABLE?!?!?
I can see why BoA is closing all of its locations. This place is a joke! I had a broken debit card that wouldn't work in the ATM but, the chip still worked. So, figured I could kill two birds with one stone by going into this location. Thought I could make my withdrawal and order a new card. Not a chance replacing the card. You would of thought I was asking to finance a house! Went through 3 different people before being told I would have to make an appointment to get the card replaced. I just walked out! I see now why they are closing their locations. If I had employees like this, I would fire all of them!
The manager, Cherry, refused to cash my check or even speak to me.I can only assume this lack of respect is due to my appearance as a blue collar worker. Not sure what your business strategy is here, but I'm not a fan.
