They no longer have ATM in front side of the bank. They moved it inside - was informed that u you can withdraw limits have been increased as the ATM is inside I have been banking from this location for over 10 years. They changed the layout inside. No more teller counter. It is only 1 teller on a closed window
Absolutely the worst experience possible. Bunch of people who simply could not care less. Don’t even try going here do it online with another bank

I would like to thank Dany the consultant for his excellent service! He helped me to open an account. He understands Ukrainian and speaks russian. I'm glad my first experience with a bank in US was here.
Staff was great...unfortunately I cannot talk with the nice lady that set up my account. I had a second checking account with Bank of America and made a few purchases a month & kept a decent size balance $2500-$3000. After a year, they offered a credit card and I used it regularly and always made big payments... I just received a reward in the mail from my points added up quickly in the middle of April BUT I also decided to pay my entire balance. Well, ten days later they closed my credit card & even my checking account !!! I am sure they can live without my business but I set the account up to see if they would be acceptable to switch my business accounts to. Sincerely, if it weren't for covid, I would have by now I prefer doing this in person... again, I doubt Bank of America will be affected by the loss of my two companies but from my point of view, I am very relieved I found out now how rotten they are rather than later...
Excellent employees and managers who are not only helpful but are very professional and give great effort to assist its customers never had any complaints at this location.
The staff here is incredible. Always happy always willing to help. Daniel the branch manager is a pleasure to work with and is always willing to take the time.
My banker is Daisy. She was a delight. Very knowledgeable, efficient and kind.
They said come on Tuesday and are closed! Completely unacceptable. At least be open a few hours for Customers.
Everytime something comes up in my personal or business account, the ladies here are extremely helpfull. The customer service here is incredible!
