The day I went to the bank it was very busy someone said it was because the date we were on was the first of the month. I didn't go inside, I just went to the ATM, and there was a big line. There were three ATM machines but only one was being used when it was finally my turn, I realized that one was out of order and the other one was not being used after some one said it was out of order too, but, i notice it wasn't. The system was quite slow, and I think it is due to the great demand there was for withdrawals , deposits, and other transactions on this particular day. This is something beyond the control of man.
This is the worst bank I have ever been to, in terms of customer service. The line was very long, yet they only had two tellers. There were other staff just walking around and chatting. During the whole time that people were waiting, no one ever bothered to apologize for the wait. They were very unprofessional. I was so upset that I was tempted to close my account with this bank. I am not planning to come back to this bank, ever again. However, if by some unfortunate circumstance, I am forced to come to this bank and this happens again, I will be closing my account.
Needed a direct deposit form, waited 40 minutes to find out that the clerks at the window could've printed out. Waste of time
Horrible customer service, they know they have lots of walk in customers, but still only have 2 tellers working, and 25 customer in line.. I know it's not the tellers fault but BofA should step in and hire more tellers,it's not like they can't afford it.. totally ridiculous shame on you BofA
Complete Trash Location ATMs sometimes don’t even work causing a huge inconvenience for all customers. Only 2 tellers that take their sweet time to take care of 4 people in line. Terrible experience.

Silvana was moving so slow as if she didn’t care. There were barely two tellers with a line across the lobby. On top of that Silvana had the worst attitude and was rude to my mom.
I wish there was an option for negative stars. RUDE, CONDENSING EMPLOYEES. I will be closing all BOA accounts.
The last time I went to this branch I was in a long line that wrapped around the building and we were stuck standing in the heat. They should have more then 2 tellers working if this location is this packed. Get it together. I’m going today to cash a check I’m paying the line isn’t long and I’m stuck standing outside again for an hour and half
Hands-down the worst banking establishment I’ve ever been in my entire life. I walked in yesterday in hopes to set up an account and the customer service lady said it’d be an hour wait to see someone when it wasn’t even busy . She suggested that I make an appointment for tomorrow, which is today. So I came in today, on time at 10:00 sharp, only to be told that I’d have to wait additional amount of time till they FOUND SOMEONE to see me, while there was a banker sitting down on his phone not doing anything. Whoever’s in charge at their corporate and respective branch offices needs to come in, do quality-control, and fire either half of the staff or hire an entirely new management team. Because this problem, when it comes to individuals investing their life savings and making decisions around their finances that influence further generations in the future, should not be an issue that the entire community of Pomona should have to bear .
