I needed to get into my safe deposit box to retrieve my passport in order to make a business trip. I found out yet again today being Monday the bank was totally closed for the day. The ATM was also not accepting any deposits. Never mind the bank being closed on Saturdays which makes me wonder if I should switch banks with TD Bank which is open Saturday and Sundays and is just up the street.
I never do reviews since I’m in the customer service world myself, but rudest lady teller there ! So snotty and unaccommodating when I’m more than a loyal customer to Bank of America while just doing a few transactions while holding my infant baby . Will never go back there again and will definitely take out some of my accounts worst customer service person !
If you read the reviews of this branch, I’m just agreeing with EVERYONE else. This branch, from the manager, Dave, right down, does not CARE about service to their customers. I tried calling them for a week and no one answers. When I finally got Dave, the manager, he was rude and gave all the excuses he could on why a customer does not deserve service from his branch. I even sent an email to Giancarlo the “business specialist “ for my business account. He could not find the time to email me back. Dave told me that Giancarlo would call back after he was finished with his current customer. Three days later, still no call. I called and got the manager again. He is very good with his attitude and excuses and when I wasn’t excepting of his canned excuses, he TOLD ME “…I’m sorry YOUR not more understanding!” I didn’t know I was working for him, by giving him my business. Well, I’m closing the account and going to a bank that doesn’t give excuses to treat customers poorly! Do your self the biggest favor and don’t subject yourself to this awful bank branch.
Wonderful staff, branch is busy and always get the help I need from Gian Carlo and Sarah. Clean, great parking and easily accessible.
Biased & poor service.Complete waste of time ,always short staffed.The manager's only answer for any issue is " I tried but the machine won't let me to help and i can't override it's decision ". I honestly don't know why she is there in the first palace when machine's doing all the work?. Never going back there and going to close my account.It's best to bank with local credit union.
Terrible terrible branch!! I have interacted with the service representative named Jerry and he has always been unable to help me. He actually makes no effort in general. Every time they have been unable to help me, I end up going to another BOA and get all the help I need. Very aggravating!!!
Wonderful staffs who truly care. Helped me out when I lost my wallet. Speed of service is great too.
This branch has no drive up banking and NO plexiglass protection for tellers.
Excellent service. One of the best bank experiences i have had in years.
Why bother having a branch that’s never open?
