First, I went to the branch on Jones yesterday - they were closed for lunch. No time to wait as I am making deposits for work. Next, I came to this branch and there was no teller. Ok nbd I will try again tomorrow. Today - Came here at 11:43am..No surprise here there’s no teller once again. Hopefully if I come back in an hour or so there will be one. I come back again at 1:11pm and well…now we’re here. I really do not understand the frequent closures throughout the day and there only being 1 teller. Please, what is the reason!? Why does this issue persist? This has happened to me and countless others more times than what I mentioned above too. I really hope there is something done about this.
Closed at 4pm on a Monday the drive thru atm ate my card and wouldn’t given it back I try and wave the associates down inside and they juts look at me eating their food. Shake on you BOA do better
Jocelyn is the manager of this branch and she oviesuly do not understand priority in business and customer service she is waiving you off when you need a banker at the most critical time of the day, telling me to wait more than 30 min to make 1 wire that is super urgent, even after a detail explanation why o have to see a banker asap she give bad attitude and unwilling to help one of her best client On top of everything when she saw me put the review she decided that I need to leave and call the police! Wow that a great way to treat a client in need!
This branch has only one teller helping customers no matter how long the line is.my suggestion is if you have busy schedule avoid this place .
Friday at 10:30 there's only 1 bloody teller available to do withdrawals, 8 employees working in the bank but apparently only 1 can get me my own bloody money, can't use ATM because amount is too high. Garbage branch, don't care about their customers.
Outrageous waiting times, only open 4 days a week, ATM does not accept cash deposits.
One teller. 20 people in line. Some Bank of America are closed so other one’s are swamped with people. Does anyone know if Bank of America is shutting its locations?
Every time 1 teller with long line! Can’t bank here ever I’m really disappointed with Bank of America
I cant imagine a bank branch that is worse than here. Teller lines are always long with people waiting and yet there are tons of Bank of America staff walking around. I heard one customer ask...Can you please open another teller window to the employee standing and greeting people walking in. She was told....I am sorry being a teller isnt what I do. Stay away from this BOA branch at all costs
Like all financial institutions this place can get pretty busy at the beginning of the month. That didn’t stop Stefanie and her team from being VERY helpful and prompt providing excellent customer service! They were busy but she helped answer all my questions and even went out of her way to ensure my issue with the mobile app was solved in a timely manner. Thank you again for all the hard work you do and being fast, friendly, and helpful! Take care.
