This is incredible, the teller went on his break and we have to wait 15 minutes in line for him to come back and they don't put anyone to replace. This is very bad
It is my first account at Bank of America for Business and I was very well attended, by Miss Claudia Sánchez, her very excellent attention, I recommend Miss Claudia Sánchez and this branch as well. Thank you very much for her help.
BofA is slowly going down hill. I have tried for days on end to make phone contact with any live employee to get some simple help but no ... I end up on an endless automated system that leads nowhere. They simply don't care about their customers.
Ten people in teller line but only one teller . Everytime i come here i have to wait atleast 15 to twenty minutes. One time they told me they had no tellers and my only option would be ATM. Please add more tellers.

In Google maps app it shows open, but I'm coming second day this week and it's close.
The evaluation score on the map does not match my actual feeing.I went there three times before and after,and I think people are very enthusiastic.At least the overall service should be above 4 stars. There is definitely something for improvement,such as providing a swift checklist for newcomers to open an account. Anyway,I think this rating is underrated.

I totally disagree with the previous comments of that person. My banker was very professional and kind and even though the investment guy wasn't there last week my banker and I wish I could remember his name but I don't have his card front of you right now walked me through everything open my new account an account good information and also the location is very easy for me branch location is so convenient for me. Maybe it's just because I deposited a bunch of money are my past relationship with B of A for business and personal but I totally like it there. Yeah there are some lines for the tellers but with the covid stuff and stuff they're just looking out for our safety. Highly recommend this team of professionals!
This branch never seems to have enough tellers to adequately help the traffic that banks there. I have to deposit my rent check here and more times than not there is a line of six or more people and only two tellers at the windows. If you are planning to open an account here and you like in-branch banking...prepare to wait. I do my personal banking at Wells Fargo and I am typically in and out much faster. I would never open an account here.
