I would give 0 stars if I had the option. The customer service here is terrible. I went through 4 people before they were finally able to deposit one check for me. I repeated my frustration several times to an officer, Gary Rathod. His response was "so how is the business doing"? Then he said he couldn't understand why I was so frustrated. After waiting 20+ minutes, watching several other customers come and go, they made a mistake and posted the deposit twice. Time to look for a new bank!
After having an exceptional customer service experience with the GM a few days earlier over the phone, Mary seemed to have a lot going on, on her plate with her son coming back from spring break and being delayed and an appointment she planned out 6 months earlier that she left her own branch and was rude to someone else that my mom overheard, stating she had only 6 minutes before she had to leave. She was tense and rude to my mom when my mom asked her to use the bathroom, Mary said that this isn't a public bathroom! What she failed to realize, is that this was a customer, mind you one of over 30 years with B of A and a senior who is almost 80 years young this year. If I wasn't there as my parents POA, which took over 3 hours to complete, due to back and forth nonsense, supposedly nothing Mary could have done to expedite, maybe my original 5 star review would stay put! I will add one other thing, Jenny who works at the loans division, is a very kindhearted and sincere human being which I would love to work with again. She let me use the bathroom the first time, and never mentioned anything about public or private bathrooms. I suggest Mary take some lessons in being a compassionate human being from Jenny, since we all have our day to day lives to deal with, and while being overwhelmed is sadly the norm these days, we must learn to be more patient and compassionate towards one another, and if we make mistakes, own up to them!
Teller and customer service representatives were horrible. When I walked in I was greeted by two very kind women who tried to be very helpful. They could not assist me so I went to the teller. This particular teller was very unhelpful and condescending. She did not even offer to help me or even give me advice on what to do. Her only response was that she cannot assist me. I have been very discriminated against in this particular area by multiple businesses because of my tattoos and construction clothes and this felt like another instance. I had lost my wallet today which had my id and bank card. I went into the bank to withdraw money to pay for a new ID and couldn't even take money out of my own account because I did not have my bank card. She said she could not verify my identity eventhough she never even asked or another form.
For starters, the drive through is never open. On top of that the in-person service is poor. I have a personal and business account with Bank of America. Today the teller I spoke with refused to process a deposit for me because I did not have my drivers license handy despite the fact that I had the ATM deposit card with me. I asked her if she understood that I could use that card to make the same deposit 10 feet away from her at the ATM in the lobby and she watched as I did exactly that. The only thing that works hard or is competent in this bank is the ATM.
I dread coming here. Not one time have they had the correct number of employees there. Always a 30+ min wait TO CASH A SINGLE CHECK. why have five desks open but only one employee for A LINE THATS OUT THE DOOR? I always have to add 45 mins to my trip if I need to stop and cash a check.
Came to the bank to get a cashier's check but they were having problems with their system and probably a 15 minute wait so I said that's fine I will eat first. What they failed to mention was that the bank was closing soon so by the time I came back they were closed. I've been with BofA primarily because of my family for nearly 20 years and the single word I would use to describe them is hellish and this branch location epitomizes the word.
I have used this branch for over a decade and I have been very satisfied with them professionally and personally.
Poor customer service. Went to deposit a check and have two forms notarized. The agent refused to notarize giving an unclear, rambling explanation that made no sense whatsoever. She kept talking about medallion service which wasn't necessary and which I didn't ask for. Extremely patronizing. Avoid this branch.
A recent experience reminded me to share the EXCELLENT customer service received by several members of this BofA branch of Princeton Junction several weeks ago ... they made me feel "special", as if I was depositing millions of $$ there ... to the entire staff here, THANKS for making us feel like your #1 customers, you will be rewarded with our loyalty ... please continue the good work.
Absolutely amazing service! My card was suspended and I had to miss my train and uber from Princeton junction to this bank and was greated by Mr. Sosa who not only helped me set up a new card in a timely fashion but he even took me back to the train station so I didn't have to use uber again. Hands down the best service I have ever received. I will now be traveling out of my way to use this specific location. Thank you Mr. Sosa for making my day so much better and helping me to see my sister today.
