Going in tomorrow to cancel. Called overseas to Pakistan and some guy canceled my debt card and said it will be 7-14 days until you get another one, this was all because I had questions on my account. Looks like I’ll be living on the street and eating ramen for 14 days, thanks
Autumn, the FCM at the 1188 NiagaraFalls Blvd location, restored my lost faith in humanity today. I had a friend out of state in trouble and immediately in the need for funds, and I tried to deposit, but policy was no cash. I had to get money orders, but they didn't clear immediately, and she saw me in distress and went above and beyond. I let the manager know as well, but if she were not there to care and assist, my friend would have been evicted by the end of tomorrow with her autistic daughter who are 10 hours from me, I felt helpless and cash apps are not that safe. What an amazing human and asset she is! Thank you from all of us! Pam
I couldn’t be more grateful for Zach. What started as an attempt to close one of my accounts, turned into Zach connecting me with a very pleasant Peter, who then gave me more information on homeownership and the many resources available to me at the bank. That was on top of Zach taking the time to show me how to navigate the many useful tools on the app to further my financial goals. I have been a customer and a local for most of my life here and this is by far my favorite branch. Kathy even overheard our conversation and offered more resources, on top of the kind teller. I couldn’t be more thankful for Zach and his kind and effective attention to my financial goals.
Worst branch ever,they never respond to the phone ,they never have cash ready for withdrawal, and you have to schedule every time for a week ahead.
Not a bad branch it’s just communication. I have called a few times in regard to a technical difficulty and was not able to get assistance. This was also during normal business hours. Do not waste your time and call the number
Tried to get ahold of someone at the branch and all I could to do is get through voicemail prompts. What a horrible horrible thing could they should be ashamed of themselves.. I don't know how they stay in business when they're not accessible. If you thinking about going to the Bank of New York runaway as fast as you can cuz they're just horrible
I was depositing money in the ATM . I put roughly $6,000 in all $100 bills. The machine started acting crazy and started spitting out money at about $1,500 increments and then it reset.. I counted the money that it gave me back I was $900 short and it stole my ATM card I walked into the bank and the manager of the bank told me that there's nothing they can do that I have to file a claim as soon as I get my money back I'm taking all of my money out of Bank of America they are the worst bank to deal with.. I have to wait 45 days to get back the $900 they sold for me today I suggest you learn from my mistake
Slow transaction times, haven't stepped in this branch in over 8 years and I remember why I haven't. 2 tellers, with attitudes that it's a hassel they have to help you. Just unpleasant and will continue to do everything online and with other banks.
Went in with a concern around a possible scam and was told "just call the number to see if it's real". Like what??? How is that customer service? This bank cares about one thing. Money for themselves.
The employees legit let the phone ring allday.. I sat there in line and watched a teller stare at the phone.. she was not assisting anyone then laughing to her coworkers that the phone kept ringing
