Do not deposit cash through their ATMs. Money got stuck inside and gone!!! they do not take any accountability. There is none you can talk to from the bank. They give you a number to call and ask you to wait for weeks in case there would be surplus cash found in the machine and someone would report so they would give your money back. Not likely! Horrible experience!
Long line and only 2 tellers.. AS USUAL. Can't wait to get away from BofA.

Very slow & extremely long lines. Very frustrating
Came to withdraw 100 dollars in quarters. Branch only allows 20 dollars of quarters withdrawn per day. What is the point of having an account with bank of america if the branches give services even lower quality than that of a grocery store? Stop using the pandemic as an excuse for poor quality services.
Very disappointed in the branch waited over 20 minutes. Only 2 tellers working. There are 4 windows. There should be all 4 tellers at counter working the busiest hours from 12 pm to 2pm.
Typical B of A branch with staff limited by what the are empowered to do. With COVID they have limited hours open inside. Free parking in back and several outdoor ATMs on both sides of building. Have had repeated incidents of card number "skimmers" installed on their ATMs so check and be careful before using them! No drive through banking or drive through ATM.
Nice security guard, overall ok experience. Why can't a huge conglomerate like bofa assign more tellers during peak times! Is that asking too much? There were 4 greeters and 2 tellers when I arrived. Come on we're in the middle of a pandemic.
Not enough stuff. So long waiting. Waited more than 40min.
Business account managers do not know what they can offer. Unbelievably not trained enough. I have to explain what they can do but they have no clue what so ever. They use to have good people but I guess they all left to better places. Who ever supervise this location please train them.
