I had an issue concerning one of the safety deposit boxes several weeks ago. The branch management was very professional and worked diligently to resolve it immediately. I have used this branch for many years and always had good service.
Awful customer service experience. Constantly short-staffed, often times with a single teller. It took me 20 minutes to deposit a single check via the drive through. Customers were lined up in the lobby also. I’d never bank here personally but forced to use this bank because of clients.
Every single time I come to this location there is an issue . I just can’t understand why things have not changed with all the complaints and bad reviews they get . I dread having to walk inside this bank .. pure torture . It should not be this way .
Worst BOA location. Every time I go here there is an issue. Poorly managed. Never have a problem at other BOA locations.
Odd experience each time I go to this branch. Not sure if they're going through some type of staffing transition or something. Sometimes they're great, sometimes not so much.
In this time when other banks are reaching out and picking up the phone for folks stuck at home this bank and this branch truly doesn’t care. No phone are answered and no appointments possible even online. Pathetic Don’t bank here
Best customer service at Bank of America Wyckoff Branch, all associates are very knowledgeable and friendly, I do recommend everyone to bank there
