Terrible customer services, rude tellers. Was discriminated against for the amount on the checks I was depositing when I regularly deposit checks almost identical. EVERY other Bank of America location I go to has no issues with my checks and appreciates my business. Go to another branch if at all possible. Tinley Park branch 10 min away save yourself the headache.
11-17, Long waits in line. The teller didn't greet me, I felt uncomfortable like if she was judging me. I was cashing a check and needed hundreds, but she told me she couldn't give me all hundreds cause she or her co-worker didn't have anymore hundreds...?? She ask me if I was interested in opening an accnt... I said no thank you.
Before it was great, not any more Candice Mason is the name of the lady that denied my son to open a student account, Base on the race she was trying to understand and threaten us to call security administration because the social security cards was not a social... I feel very upset and bad about the poor unprofessional service she provide...I hope Some one can read this and help. I have a video too.
So i visited this branch because i wad in the area, bad mistake. Only 3 people working. 1 greeter, 1 banker and 1 teller. Problem because i just so happen to come in when it was lunch thine for the teller. So guest what happens, the teller area is closed for services because she has no relief
two customers in the place checked in 30 min later im still waiting on a simple bank statement very poor customer service....i won't be back to this branch
Horrible customer service. This location didn't have a functioning printer to print out a cashiers check, plus teller was rude. Never going back to that location.
Slowest branch location on the south side. Avoid at all costs!! Always have only 1 teller working, if they are even there to begin with.
The worst location ever. Long delay and poor customer service. Only 3 people working . Never stepping a foot at that location again.
