This bank ATM took over 1000.00 from me doing a deposit. I have spoke with several people over the phone in claims as well in others departments. I waited over 2 weeks for the money to be credited into my account, due to the investigation taking 45 days. Now I check my account and it’s closed. So not only did I have to wait 2 weeks for my money, now I have to wait for a cashier check to be mailed with the money I lost, plus the money that was in my account. If I could give this bank 0 stars I would. If I don’t get my money soon I will take legal action. And I have a receipt showing that my money was taken. Don’t come to this bank at all.
NOTHING ever works here! The ATMs are always down. I have called plenty of times to let them know. They have not fixed them. The cash a check option on the ATMs is completely gone. Have been banking here for 10+ years. Have been thinking of closing my account due to thia location, since sadly it's the closest to me.
Don’t like Banks of America. There is always one teller with a line over 10 people. I don’t get why their is a person walking with a tablet and can’t jump to the back and help the teller. To speed up this line!! I would rate this bank a one if there was a negative I would most definitely chose a negative star!!!
They never answer the phones for those who have to work. Customer service is even worse. For the 6 months I've been with bank of america it's been a pain. Will be closing my account and continue my services with Wells Fargo.
Every time l come here l leave mad. It's like l have to prepared to be mad to be in this place. Never want to cash my check because lm not an account holder and because of it they charge me to cash my check.
ANOTHER bank of not America that has SLOOOOOWW service!!! Looks like I'm taking my $23.46 to Shell Federal Credit Union, at least they dont care how little you bank account is.
Workers are so rude they never have enough people to take care all the customers I wait 40 minutes to make a deposit nonsense
Waste of time. Came to get something notarized, they told me they couldn't. I've been a platinum tier banking customer for years. Very disappointed
The staff is generally very friendly here. I mostly use the ATM at this location and like their new set up for them.
Just one cashier is working and 15 people on line. Very bad branch.
