I opened a checking and Teresa Thurmond was so helpful. She was very very professional. Time I walked in she greeted me with a smiled. I highly recommend this bank and branch.
I had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with Vicki. I came in with a voided check asking if I could transfer money to that account each month. She smiled and just said "we take it out of the hands of the associates and back into the hands of the customer for them to do" and handed me the check back and told me to do it myself. Useless. Whatever she makes is too much.
Seems like they are closed on Saturday now. The lot was empty at 11:40 am. I used the walk-up ATM.
Have banked here for 14 yrs and have finally had enough!!! Went in to do a wire transfer and was told there would be a 30 dollar charge. Asked if there was a charge for cashier's check, was told they manager had to check. Came back and said it would be 10 dollars, then had to stand in line for 20 minutes. Told mgr I would be banking elsewhere soon. They have cut back on their hours, services and charge for everything. Rude staff. Left there after after making a substantial withdrawal and immediately went to wells Fargo and opened up accts. Will switch banks entirely within the next few weeks. Oh, BOA has also entered into the fray of fighting against the 2nd amendment. These people have lost their minds.
I've been banking with them since 2007. I actually love the people but they keep closing branches. Then they have no branch in Clearwater or Beech Island. Their banking app is great for banking, bill paying, etc. YOU can easily deposit checks and transfer money. But not money orders. There is no branch or ATM that accepts deposits near me and being disabled sometimes its months before I can get to a branch and deposit money order I recieve monthly. So for me I have to depend on my saving to transfer money out of and replenish it when I can deposit the money orders. Wish I had a local branch.
I personally do not have an account here, but my son does and I've so far found the tellers to be very nice and helpful.
Went in to discuss loan products at the north augusta location. I was met with a rude teller. As I awaited another rep. I was asked by the branch manager “how can I help you?” I stood up and reached out to introduce myself and she stared blankly at me and did not shake my hand. It was such a rude gesture and terrible impression from this branch manager. This bank isn’t worthy of my business.
This is the bank i use. I cant speak for all of the tellers because i have not interacted with each of them but i have with pretty much half and they were amazing. They helped me open an account quickly and answered any question that i had they were genuenly very friendly.
Went to Cash a check on a Friday was told the manager stepped out she would be back in 30 mins. This manager is the only person who can approve the check It’s Friday and your bank is only open for 6 hours REALLY!!!
I dont need people standing around to greet me, I need people processing transactions, lines are way too long, standing in lines suck! NOBODY wants to stand in line!!
