Truly Great Service! I went in to do banking after opening an account online. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. I met with 3 different associates and was helped quickly and courteously by each. I was not expecting this level of personal service.
Never picked up the phone. What's the point of having a phone if you don't pick up after multiple calls
The associates are very accomodating, respectful, thorough. I love their offices. It made me feel safe especially with the ongoimg pandemic. Thank you Ms. Sierra O. and Oscar for the best costumer service experience.
Absolutely terrible customer service from the manager of this branch, Mrs. Meena Parigi. Completely unprofessional and incompetent to perform her duties. After requesting my bank statement to be stamped by the bank, she informed I have to pay a fee of $5.00, later told me to wait in line which took an entire hour and in the end refused to stamp the statement explaining that the bank does not perform such actions. I had to go to another branch in order for my request to be accomplished. I was very dissatisfied and frustrated wasting my time at this location.
Honestly, you should trust everyone’s review because this bank is terrible. The associates doesn’t care about people especially providing false information. Everyone that works there needs the appropriate training to provide great customer service
The worst. I've used this branch as my primary for about a decade. I've been lied to by tellers about fees, and by the branch manager about a check that they claimed didn't deposit yet bounced at my other bank. Now, they can't even close my accounts without an hour of sitting here, on the phone with another boa department, being told it'll be 2-5 more days despite boa screwing up automated payments. Try another bank. Hell, money under the mattress is a better option.
Waited hour to open account but no one came to help

Went into the owings mills branch received great service from the bank tell Kiara,Terrilbe service from Bank associate Inesa ,,Not my regular bank so i was looking for a little more assistant with my transaction,,she didnt want to be bothered sent me to the teller ..location 21136.owings mills maryland
This bank and this branch is a joke.i submitted a document for close to two month and I have been calling back and forth and nothing was .
