Most of the banker are just sitting there doing nothing. One of the Chinese banker said she needs to go to lunch before offering help. And before that she was sitting in her office act like she’s doing something.
I did notice that there were quite a lot negative review on not just this BOA center, but actually many others around this area, whereas I had to say that my experience here was quite good. It's my first time of visiting a BOA center because i just came here about a week. There wasn't a long queue, the staff are friendly and helpful. The staff named Joyce who helped me open a new account was very nice and patient. She helped me do everything step by step offering warm and professional service, which I was really satisfied. So I would definitely like to come here again when I need. Thank you, Joyce!
Long Lines and no employees working just like every Bank of America. They have employees everywhere but no service
Slowest service I have ever seen. All employees taking their sweet@ss time, not that they are competent at their job to begin with
They are racist, if you are not Asian they won’t help you. It’s obvious! I had an appointment and took everyone before me that did not have one because they are all Asian and I was not. Horrible service

Slowest service with only two tellers when the line is out to the door.
This is THE slowest paced BofA I've EVER been to! They take their time as if EVERYONE has the time to stand in line for a SIMPLE transaction. I HATE coming here! And only do because it's the closest to my home. You guys need to do way better on TIME MANAGEMENT
This was my worst BofA experience and a reminder as to why I switched to Chase. I have never felt so dismissed by a company that functions off of the clients it seems to have little to no regard for. I rarely write reviews, but felt this would maybe spark change…. And then I saw so many other negative reviews. Apparently Bank of America is okay with the way this location functions.
I don't understand why they only have 2 tellers...Really? There is always a long line. Hire more tellers!!! It always takes more than 15 min for a teller transaction, no matter what this site says. It says the wait is only 15min. Yet, the teller line has over 25 people waiting. Definitely, not 15 min.
