The parking attendant basically lives in his little shed. That part is fine. What isn't fine is that he blares loud music beginning as early as 7am on weekdays waking up nearby tenants. Have some respect for people sleeping still.
Hands down worst bank always understaffed so it always takes forever just sat in line with only two people ahead of me for over 25 mins . And it’s only the Saratoga branch absolutely ridiculous
I strongly dislike this ATM. First off too many people walk up to in the middle of the night. Second I’m not doing business banking just give me 20’s and stop asking about details after 10pm I want to get in and out ASAP, because Zombies be walking around at night up here. Lastly the brand new ATM you guys and gals just installed would be amazing if I own a jacked up SUV or a tank. Instead I own a modest grandpa looking sedan which is normal car height. I have reach to tap the numbers and all the Zombies can see me press numbers NOT COOL. Why is the machine raised up so high? It makes no sense and it’s a ver poor design that’s simply “AWKWARD” to use. I have to open my door almost every time I use this red, gray and blue box.
This bank is convenient for me. The staff is overall friendly but Cassandra B is just the nicest young lady! She helped me and made me feel welcome. Polite and informative Thank you!
Very pleasant experience dealing with Christopher Batkay! My daughter and I had many questions about setting up a credit card and Chris was very helpful in explaining our options to suit our needs.
Can never find out if the holiday hours change, one app says it's open other says it's not. Bank don't care if you drive, waste gas to get there. Considering taking all my large savings account out of this bank.
Called to try to find out if there was a notary on staff. After dealing with the obnoxious auto system that finally let me get through to staff, they hung up on me without answering. Repeat x10. It was a yes or no question that would've taken 10 seconds to answer. Maybe 15 seconds if I asked the yes or no followup, 'are they there today?' Answer the phone you lazy asshats.
Kill you with fees. This bank will post all your transactions at the end of the business day just to stack fees against your account. Charges you when you withdraw your own money. Location is nice though, one star for that.
I had to stand in the freezing cold to draw my money because this bank did not have an atm inside for after hour use. There is no privacy, and some one could have literally mugged me.
Horrible bank....slow , always a long wait
