I have used their outside ATMs to make deposits without any issue. Super convenient.

Long wait. Plenty of staff but almost nobody helping customers.
The Manager at this location helps our small business with a lot of extras that require he go out of his way. While we try to not ask, he is always on task and seriously goes the extra mile. Joseph has helped with getting holds removed from larger checks and quite a few other things out of norm. Sincerely. The staff is mostly very helpful and when compared to other locations.... they are amazing. In Marin County, it is fair to say this is a relatively great branch. If we could just make copies of Joseph and put in every branch....
I want to thank the branch for the handling of a cash transaction disbursed to me as a non-B of A member. My response to the lobby conditions, quite frankly, were uncomfortable. The transaction had to be vetted through the proper channels. I had to wait 10-15 minutes and the current Covid restrictions made the wait one without a place to work a in private or b one where accommodation for seating was offered.
I would give a zero if I could! This bank never has enough tellers during the day and there is always a new teller at the window. I went to make a payment at the end of the day and they were about to close & someone was already standing at the door she just locked. When I said I only need to make a payment, she gave me a horrible and disgusting look of "no I don't think so" ! That was the absolute worst customer service so far this month. I'm sure they will manage to top it off another time.
It has taken me 45+ minutes to cash a check
Just incopitant tellers! Dont know what they are doing! Need some major improvement especially for non-bank members!
Never staffed enough, so the lines are at least 8 people deep at all times.
