Bank of America

Great customer service. More recently they only have one teller working at the counter for customers and I feel that this is just not the best option; I come in and the lines are ridiculous sometimes. I am currently the 9th person in line with people behind me to the door and they still only have one person up at the counter. I wish they had multiple tellers like they used to.

The best bank in Chicago i love them lol yes they do move slow sometimes but i don`t mind or care that much. i love they customer service

Great experience here. The people who works here are super nice. Great environment. The banker Crystal was super helpful and polite! And the mangers are very welcoming !

i just waited almost an hr to use an atm! since both outside ones were down and they opened 5 minutes late the line was around tge corner...and only 1 machine on inside...very bad service

Long wait. Line just got longer

horrible customer service I will drive out of my area to go to another bank, banker in here dint care about people who are handicap and standing in a long line, i currently have a broken foot and get around on crutches and no one tried to help or assist me, next time I'll make sure to take my business to chase, i might decide to close my account here

Customer service is disgusting. One teller and slow service. I’m getting a new bank.

8 people in line and 1 teller. Everyone else standing around. Waste of a bank. If you want service go somewhere else like biline bank
