This is the branch closest to me. I absolutely refuse to step inside and deal with the tellers and especially the manager anymore. I have had very normal and straightforward transactions unnecessarily complicated and even rejected. Ironically, each time that happened I went to other branches within 5-10 miles and they processed my transactions swiftly and with a smile. It’s amazing how they have their own rules here. I’ll use the ATMs, that’s about it and a Chase I also bank with for transactions requiring teller involvement. Note to B of A decision makers: Please look into the management of this specific branch
I have 3 other customers in line behind me all talking badly about this location. Terrible image for the company. They have one person working the counter with 5 people in line. Behind the line there is 3 people standing and watching one person do all the work. What is the point of having people on the clock standing, while one person is working? Whoever manages this location must be playing favorites. Bring in another person behind the counter and at least one less person standing there and doing absolutely nothing. Bank of America has really been going the wrong direction the past couple years. Sad to see.
The teller made it very clear she was displeased to have to do her job, and was so overtly rude and combative from the onset of our interaction that I had to leave this one star review. Luckily this is not my bank, nor will it be. Considering how many other banking options there are within a stone's throw, I can only imagine this hasn't been resolved by her management because her position has been so successfully replaced with machines. Maybe it says something about the nature of our interactions with bank tellers in general, because they are going to have to really impress someone for a positive review, but this branch in particular has an abysmal amount of poor reviews.
This is probably Bank of America’s worst branch especially considering the fact that they are in a prime location they are always understaffed and manager just sits there doing nothing. I waited 30 min just to make a deposit in an account.
This is by far the worst Bank of America location there is. You will wait 1 hour to be serviced. One teller is not enough. This location needs to be shut down. It’s like they aren’t open anyway.
I am so glad I only have to deal with B of A once a month to drop off my rent check for my landlord, because it is ALWAYS a hassle. Seriously, this bank is only open on weekdays from 10-4? I'm a public school teacher working from 7:15 to 3:45. And when I do manage to get to the bank before close, there is almost always a line because only 1 teller is helping people. Today I watched the teller call for help and, after helping the teller, the other employee walked away and didn't acknowledge me or the 5 people behind me at all.
Have a account with boa and was trying to cash a check, but guess what? Teller was on lunch and will be back in 20 min. Would you like to wait the manager said. What is going on??????
This review is not about this branch but about the whole BOA. They only give around 0.01% interest rate for our deposits like many other banks. When we take a loan or mortgage they charge 4-6% interest tate. what ridiculous profit-making? We get 0.01 % interest rate on our deposit. We have to give back 400 to 600 times more amount when borrowing money from them as interest. It is nothing but exploitation and unprofessional business practice.
How can I do business with a bank that stays closed 24 hours a day 7 days a week? Can somebody tell me how? I do not do business on the internet. Once upon a time I had a great relationship with Bank of America. But not anymore. I have to find another bank yesterday. Today is Tuesday. And Bank of America is closed. Still cannot access my money. Pathetic.
Wish I could give this branch zero stars.. the leadership is terrible.. I came one day to make a deposit and they said their teller was out and to come back in a few hours... all the while the manager was standing there and I'm thinking I myself have been a bank manager why can't you show some leadership skills and jump on a teller? That's what I would have done...Instead of inconveniencing your customers who already are inconvenienced by your bankers hours and terrible service. There is always a line at this bank they usually have one teller working at the busiest times ... just terrible wish I didn't have to come but my employer banks here unfortunately.
